Teds Tile

Good tile work but overall extremely sloppy with details. You have to watch him closely to get things done the right way the first time. His grout job is simply horrific. I am not trying to be mean when I say that. I was in a bit of shock when I saw how unfinished the bathroom looked after he left - holes in grout EVERYWHERE you look, some are a few inches long. We had him come over and refill missing grout but still ended up putting an effort into make it look right.

Everything started out great. He is great with tile and mitered some of our comers in our shower which made it look really nice when he was done. After the shower was done being tiled, I didn’t watch as closely as he moved to the floor. When tiling the floor floor he installed a few chipped tiles which my wife was pretty upset about. He then came back to grout and this is where things got really bad. Even after coming back to fix grout spots we have several spots that he didn’t grout in the shower. He installed a linear drain that has a removable cover, and he was so sloppy with his grout, this so it no longer opens. Which finally pushed me to write a review. He is a great tiler but his grout work is honestly aweful, just aweful. We have a lot of cleanup and repair work to do after his grout work. Hours of work most likely. We already have put in several.
