Everything was fantastic!!! I received a very quick response to my initial request and quote and was able to get the cleaning scheduled quickly. My service window was 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm and they arrived at 11:45 am and it took them an hour to clean all of the furniture. Everything looks and smells wonderful. Cassandra was easy to work with and Mark and Erik were friendly, courteous and informative. Steam Master has definitely earned my business going forward! I am a very happy customer!!

These guys just came to my property a few hours ago and did an amazing job!!! They cleaned 2 rooms, a hallway, and living room. They went above and beyond explaining everything and with the cleaning! I will definitely have them back out again to clean the carpets upstairs!!

They were fantastic! We needed deep cleaning/sanitizing of a sectional couch and ivory colored carpet that had stains that had been there for years. Both the couch and carpet looked like new when they were done. They offered many options but never pressured us into anything. Very professional. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

WONDERFUL! From my first phone call to the EARLY arrival of the cleaning team this family owned and operated company was FANTASTIC! I completely forgot that they were coming in, but thankfully one of my co-workers was here to let them get started. Per my co-worker, they were 15 minutes early which was great. We were the first stop of the day. I do believe they were done within 45 minutes; as in packed up and ready to leave. The cleaning team was super friendly and professional. They worked quickly and as neatly as possible. Our chairs look absolutely amazing!! We had no idea they were THAT dirty. I do have a bit of a sensitive nose but the odor from the cleaning solution was truly NOT too bad. I did open our office door and place a fan blowing out to get some circulation going. I was expecting the solution to be a bit more intense but this was completely tolerable. It kind of smelled like a laundry mat, clean! Within an hour or so there was no lingering odor from the solution that was used.

Mark and Eric were professional, informative and treated my home and furniture with care. My carpets look great and they worked efficiently. I appreciated their promptness. I thought tally loved that they left us with booties to cover our shoes and feet for walking on the carpet while it is drying.

We have used this company 2012 over and over, they are the BEST! Not to mention can't even tell you have many times we have recommended them. They have cleaned and conditioned our leather furniture and restored it's luster. We have used them to steam clean our window coverings, they have made our bathroom grout look 'new'.

The experience wenr well from beginnng to end. When I called to schedule the appointment, they were very friendly, informative and provided an honest quote. The owner Mark, arrived on the time he said and was very personable but proffesional. He was extremely knowledgeable and somehow managed to remove all of the pet stains in my home including the terrible smell from the dog and cat urine. It was a miracle as we have tried so many products and cleaners ourselves-and none of those worked. Mark also did an excellent jobs on cleaning our vents out. He did not leave a mess and they put all the vent covers back on properly and securely. I was referred to Steam Master from a friend and would recommend his company to my friends and family anytime. I will have him back out again as we have some basement walls with mildew and mold on them and I know he is qualified in that area to remove and clean up the corners to help improve the air in our home. Don't be afraid to ask him what all he is qualified to do as a proffesional, as you might be surprised at the qualites and the pride he takes in running his own company.

I booked Steam Masters to clean bathroom grout and the air duct system. Mark was helpful over the phone describing services and pricing so I setup a 12pm appointment for a few days later. From there the experience goes downhill. On the day of the appointment, when they did not show up at the agreed upon time, I called the main office. I was told that the appointment was merely a window of when the team would arrive. This was news to me. To their credit, Mark called within minutes of talking to the office and apologized for the confusion. He arrived shortly before 1pm. Upon arrival they immediately asked for payment. That was fine, I get it, but at this point I was starting to question their service. I would've preferred pay after viewing the final results, but I reluctantly gave them a credit card. After all the paperwork was signed they were very eager to get me out of the house. Because the house was completely empty (we were moving the next day) I figured it would be okay if I left them alone while I ran a quick errand. They said it would take them roughly 1.5-2hrs to complete the job. I was gone less than 45 minutes. When I returned the crew had already left. Although the bathroom grout was much improved, the air duct work was questionable. None of the vents were put back - there were just thrown on the floor for me to put back in place. The door/main vent on air conditioner unit was also not put back. It seemed like they left halfway through the process. And because there is really no way to check their work on the air system, how can you even tell if they did anything?

They cleaned and deodorized rooms with dog urine. The tile has never been so clean. They even cleaned my baseboards in the kitchen and scrubbing under the utility sink in the laundry room.

I called Mark at noon and at 1330 the same afternoon he arrived and went immediately to work. He made every effort to save me money while being thorough.

Mark was very professional and on-time. He went above and beyond what I had expected of him. Very nice and performed his work thoroughly.
