The guys at Sedgwick are great! An honest company that will work with your time and budget. They were on-time, polite, clean, respectful and got the job done!

The service was excellent. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They had good customer service.

I called the company to get a general overview of the price for a new air conditioner system. Larry, the sales person called me back very promptly. I mentioned I found Sedgwick on Angie's list. I explained that the AC unit was not blowing cold air but the fan motor worked just fine. But after mentioning that my system was 20 years old he quickly said it was not worth dumping any money into trying to repair the AC unit. He then dug into questions about the furnance unit, after which I said again , and quot; It is 20 yrs old, it worked fine after I had a new motor put in 1 year ago.and quot; He then basically inferred that the furnace it would fail soon and that it should be replaced now, as it was old and these systems last and quot; about 15 yearsand quot; and I would get a deeper discount with his total package. He basically told me that I should purchase a total new system, both the AC and furnace - the cost ball park of $7K to $8K. This information was all sight on seen over the phone. He may be 100% right but maybe not. I told him I had a Trane AC/ furnace unit and he said he carried Lennox. He was critical of the competitor, Trane AC product. He appeared only interested in putting his interest in selling me the total package, making a commission, and not me as a consumer. Perhaps I did need both the AC unit and furnace but I felt very pressured when he asked me twice within our 10 minute conversation, and quot; Well what do you want to do, get a new unit or have service come out and quot;. This is the typical used car sales approach I do not like. I do not plan do to business with that kind of firm. He made me feel very uncomfortable and the company should be aware of this. I believe this feedback will help the firm understand what the consumer is really experiencing.

I've used Sedgwick Heating and Air Conditioning on a number of jobs this last year due to a remodeling project and they have a real service focus. They are willing to trouble shoot systems they have not installed and in the most recent case were able and willing to find parts for an air conditioner that the installer was unable or unwilling to find.

I was sold the wrong a/c unit for my home by another company. It was a very difficult situation as the new a/c was extremely large and due to it's size ended up being centered in front of my living room window which is a sliding glass door and the only window on the main level of my townhome. This unit, with it's pad was 47-48and quot; tall, and it significantly blocked my view. I was sold this unit as the right size for my home, and was not informed of the fact that it was going to go be so different from the 24and quot; tall one I had in the corner of my patio. This company was unwilling to work with me except to charge me another 1300 to fix what already had cost me 4500. I turned to Sedgwick who said they wanted to do the right thing for me. They worked with Lennox the manufacturer for me and got me the correct sized unit and installed it free of charge. What an amazingly generous act from a company. They said they would have never sold someone with my sized place the enormous unit I got because it simply isn't cost effective (besides being too big for the space). Buyer beware - a/c units have gotten extremely large since I last had to have one 20 years ago, but they also come in manageable sizes as well. Sedgwick is honest and upstanding in their business practice and will sell you the correct unit for your home! I wish I had gone to them first!!!!

Good experience every time they come out. Set a time, arrive on time, call ahead of arrival, put booties on to keep house clean and do the service well.

We were pretty happy with the service. My husband can be very picky and he was even satisfied.

I live in a condo community that has 12 units. We canceled the contract with them last summer. During the spring tune up for the A/C units they put too much freon in them. They said we needed a new A/C unit when the units were not working. We got another opinion and they said we just needed to take out some of the freon out, which they did, and it would work and it did.

I can't recommend Sedgwick enough. Our boiler started leaking on the evening of Superbowl Sunday. Sedgwick not only responded and scheduled the repair, they walked us through how to temporarily keep the heat going on the phone. We have worked with several heating companies in the past and none seemed to have the deep knowledge of boiler heating systems that Sedgwich did. We will definitely use them in the future and their approach really helped us trust that we were being given good advice at the best possible price.

The whole experience was perfectly pleasant. No hassles scheduling or undue time getting parts and repairs done. The day of the actual repairs we were hit with a nasty snow storm the night before which made traffic/rush hour a nightmare. The Sedgwick guy made no excuses for the weather, even when he had to leave because the part was faulty (out of the box). He was back within an hour and finished the repair. He was also helpful and informative--explaining how the parts worked and why it failed in the first place. He also told me that, within the next year I'd have to replace some kind of pump and how that will be more time consuming (expensive) because the entire system will have to be drained. However, he thought there was no immediate need to rush into that. I certainly will call him again but it does afford me time to explore if there are other options and or less expensive alternatives. He did say that a ballpark estimate was another $1,000.

They did great! The manager is wonderful. He really helped me out. They went above and beyond to help me. They came out in a timely manner and did the job really well. They were very friendly, professional, and accommodating to my schedule. They made special accommodations because of some of the restrictions posed by my house. I will definitely use them again if I need a new furnace or move and need a new air cleaning system. I got special pricing because of a deal I found and the manager treated me like any full-paying customer - not making me feel like having the special deal lost me any service. They were incredibly wonderful in general.

Great sent them an email asking about NEST thermastats for a zone HAVC system and Kevin called back and explained how they worked with a zone controller and an extimated cost. The company called a few days before to let us know when they were coming. Kevin call 1/2 hour before to let us know his ETA. When Kevin got here he went to work and told me we didn't need a new zone controller which was a nice surprise. When he was about to leave he told me about their maintenance program and I signed up which gave me a 15% discount on the NEST installation. Nice surprise number 2 for the day. I enjoyed visiting with Kevin and learning how to use the new NEST learning thermastat.

They did a fair job for me. They recommended several options for me and gave me some good pointers. They charged me $94.00 for the first visit as a service charge. I was satisfied with the work and service done.

As usual, the service technician was prompt, courteous, and professional.

My furnace was 32 years old and air conditioner was 28 years old. Jarrod came to my home and made a recommendation based on my needs. He did not try to sell me the biggest and the best. Adam and Adam (Adam 1 and Adam 2 as I called them) arrived promptly at the time I was told they would come. They were polite and friendly as they did the work. The electrician sent to replace my thermostat was friendly, efficient and fast. It took about 7 hours to complete all of the work. When they finished Adam 2 gave me a thorough and complete description of the work done and how to use my new equipment. All manuals and paperwork were left in a neat little box attached to the furnace unit. (I love that as these things are so easy to lose.) I was also impressed that the date of installation and installers names are permanently marked on the unit. The house got a little chilly during the 7 hours they were here as the outside temperature was 44 degrees but my house was toasty warm within a very short time. The circulation fan, which is designed to run all the time, is as quiet as promised. In fact I can't hear it at all. Also, there is no annoying click as the furnace goes on. I can't wait to see my energy bill! Thank you to all the Sedgwick employees who helped me through this process. I would definitely recommend Sedgwick to anyone! They were great from start to finish!

Sedgwick came out on time, checked out our furnace and wrote up a detailed report on it's condition for the new owners. The job was done in a timely manner by the friendly representative. He reassued us the furnace, which which had been put in by Sedgwick by the way, would perform reliably for years to come.

Tu and Tim (on different occasions) were very professional in appearance, work ethic, and attention to detail in the Quality of work. The older rental is in need a new furnace and air conditioner. Larry from sales came out and was absolutely on top of his game. He measured, provided insight to issues that need resolve and provided various solutions to help

The company installed a space heater and water heater early in 2012. They just completed a tune up on the installed equipment. They checked and cleaned the appropriate parts. They are a very professional company and handle themselves well.

Excellent Job. Sales Rep arrived Monday morning and replacements were made on Tuesday. Matt Solko did not superior job and everything was left very clean. Very Professional. We also got a bid from Central Point Energy and they said they could not do the replacement until the following Monday. This was during a very hot week of the summer. We are elderly and could not have survived the heat for a week. Since the prices were comparable we chose Sedgwick.

Sedgwick's price was the best, they were punctual, polite and thorough. They did the best job on the quote, spending the most time and taking into account the most variables. Their installers did a nice clean job with good details. One drawback is that they wouldn't run the exhaust for the furnace out the back of the house because of the crawl space being dirty. We've since had the crawlspace checked by another company and they said and I quote "I don't know what they were complaining about, most crawlspaces are worse."

I choose someone else because the other company explained things a little bit more and they had financing. Sedgwick might have had financing but he did not offer it at the time. It's not that I wouldn't use Sedgwick in the future but I liked the other company better.

Mostly at service. Installer was a bit cheeky when asked to turn his radio down.off, but all other people were great. The service was on time, they took care of all rebate forms and answered all my questions.
