Description of Work: Emergency call at 9:40 in the evening when my furnace stopped working. Sedgwick's answering service had Kevin, the on-call service rep, call me back within 5 minutes. He drove to Shoreview all the way from Waconia (a 75-minute drive), arriving around 11:15 p.m. Kevin had diagnosed the problem over the phone (dirty flame sensor) and went to work immediately. He also recommended a tune-up since it was unclear when the furnace had last been serviced, if at all. He performed the tune-up and kept me informed as to the status of my furnace, which turned out to be in pretty good shape. Kevin quite clearly knew his business and was extremely professional and helpful. He even made sure to cover his feet with paper slippers so as not to soil my flooring. Finally, Kevin gave me a soft-sell of Sedgwick's maintenance package (1, 2 or 5 years) and knocked down the after-hours service call price when I agreed to sign up for a year. This fella was one of the most professional people I've encountered, and I would highly recommend this company. Responsiveness was certainly off the chart.

Description of Work: Routine furnace tune up. I used a 2-for-1 coupon for a/c and furnace tune up. Both times the service person was on time, very professional and answered any questions. I thought they were great. I was informed that the company won't be offering the 2-for-1 deal in the future(darn!) but they are offering a choice of 1 year, 2 yr or 3 yr plans.
