I've used this company twice in two years. I called Terry with my ice dam problem - He gave me a no-nonsense estimate. His folks don't use steam to clean the ice - they have a different technique. Both times, they arrived as promised and cleared off ice and snow from the roof. I liked their service so much that I am thinking about having them install a roof cable to prevent the problem altogether.

I called them and was able to schedule a visit fairly quickly. They make it very easy by not requiring you to be there when they do it. They will come and clean and send you the bill. There was a problem with this process though because they didn't clean my gutters they day they told me they were going to. I called them the next day and they swore they did them. It turns out they did the wrong house. They rescheduled quickly and they eventually got it done.

terry was great at communicating and even came out to make minor adjustments to the job that he thought could have been done a bit better. they did a great job

We got a call-back about our e-mail within hours and they arrived the very next morning. They did a great job getting rid of all the pine needle crud on our roof and cleaning the gutters. They even took the bulk of the debris and the branches they removed with them. As a bonus they also cleaned our garage gutters. We are extremely pleased.

Called the company and left message. They called back in a couple of days and gave us a quote. We agreed to go ahead. A couple of days later the gutters were clean. Couldn't have gone smoother.

I called on Wednesday 6/1 for a quote and inquire as to how soon the gutter cleaning could be performed, as we had begun to have water leakage issues due to the clogged gutters. I was quoted $99 (based on the square footage) of the house and was told they could be there by Friday! When I got home from work on Friday, indeed the gutters had been cleaned - was there ever a lot of gunk in there! We've since had a fair amount of rain and not once have we had any water leakage! I was very pleased with the price and level of service. I'll definitely call them again!

Our experience with Rain Landscape was extremely professional and they went the extra mile to provide a good service. Rain Landscape visited our home on two separate occasions. Their first visit started with a mix-up on their end. However, Rain Landscape fixed the error and visited our home a second time and they really did a fantastic job. They were prompt, efficient, clean, and really went the extra mile to make things right. This is exactly the kind of contractor folks are looking for. In fact, if Rain Landscape had a fault, it probably would be their goal to meet and exceed perfection. If you are looking for a contractor to clean or remove debris from rain gutters, Rain Landscape will do a great job and make sure you are pleased with their work.

Terry made sure to understand what we needed and relay to his team. The work was clean and exactly what we were looking for.

They had good reviews on Angie's list, and they were available, which is why we chose them. They showed up on time, and they did everything they said they would. They took a little longer than expected, but they didn't charge me any extra.

I thought they were going to steam them off, instead they chopped with little hand tools and my understanding is that can do some damage to the roof and flashing, but I did not see any damage. They sent out a couple of guys with accent and all they knew was they were supposed to get free flashing areas on the roof, the little corner areas that is set up for ice stems and anything beyond that they didn't know nothing. I think they picked up the guys that come in front of the Home Depot. May be not this time, but may be that's where he found them in the first place and keep using the ones that actually get the job done. Probably paid cash on the bill that the government need not know. They were not messy or rude. They sort of got the job done that not how I had expected. They weren't rude, but they were not good in communicating either. I initiated the only communication when I popped my head out and said hi? I let them know I was there so if they had any problems they could knock on the door and talk to me, but I sort of think they were not supposed to. They were supposed to just go and do it and not try to deal with me. I may not use them again in the future. I don't have a whole lot of frustration, but I think I'll look for somebody else next time. I would feel comfortable with people who are little more responsive.

Terry answered the phone when I called on the weekend and set up an appointment. He came out and did a great job removing my ice dam. I had similar problems two more times during the winter and Terry came out and addressed the issues promptly both times. Great service, very good pricing and very professional. I would definitely hire again.

Called Terry on the weekend when a water spot appeared on my kitchen ceiling. He answered the phone even on the weekend. made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Two Latino gentlemen arrived as promised on Tuesday and went to work with minimum conversation. They chipped for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours and then left quietly. When I called to ask questions about the job Terry cam out and checked. Did a little more on the roof but said it was fine. Since then the Big Melt of Feb 2011 has cleared all of the snow off my roof with no more incidents of leaking

Found them on Angie's list and called. It was set up over the phone, they quoted me a price and I was told they would do the work in three days and would send me the bill after...very trusting I thought. They actually were out within 24 hours of my call and they did a great job. They even cleaned up the snow that fell in the shoveled walkways. I was very impressed and thankful that I used Angie's List because I know there are many scams out there for ice removal tis year.

Called Terry on Monday He quoted me on the phone and said he would be there Thursday. I liked the price and the quick response. I hired him immediateley. I had water running down the siding(outside only) and was very concerned. He used ice picks instead of steaming machines. He had tried the machines and found them really messy.The picks leave a small layer of ice over shingles so as not to harm the roof. They came first thing Thursday morning and were done by noon. They cleaned up all the snow from my sidewalks and driveway. He billed me and I paid right away.I was very pleased and recommended him to my neighbors . He was lifesaver.

Were able to come within two days to our house in Mpls. Did great job. Terry gave me a price over the phone and said he'd bill me. Friendly, hard-working crew. Same crew worked on my sister's roof the day before in Apple Valley. She was also very pleased with the work they did.

I had water coming in my house from snow and an ice dam on my roof. I couldn't get a call back which was bad because I needed to leave that morning to go out of town for the holidays. Not only did he answer his own call but he said he would come out that day and take care of the problem and drop the invoice in the mail slot. I came back the next week an he had taken care of it. We never discussed price so I was pleasantly relieved that it was a reasonable price!

Called on Tuesday 12/21/10, Terry told me they were pretty booked and couldn't make it out until Monday, 12/28/10. I said that was fine. Came home from work on Monday and nothing had been done. Called and Terry told me that they were backed up because of additional work requested when crews go to a job. Assured me they would be out shortly, or on Tuesday. This was at 4:15pm, 5 minutes later they showed up, went right to work. Did a great job. Cleared snow and ice, and shoveled off the snow that fell on sidewalks, stairs, etc.

No services provided but only made it to inital call. company would not schedule out any longer than 1 week. did not have opportunity to use company because they would not even talk to me since they were booked for a week.

Terry was scheduled one week out, and encouraged me to find someone else and then cancel my appointment with him if/when I found someone. He was very professional on the phone, including when I called him back to cancel the appointment.

Went well; the work was done long distance as I was out of town.

Good. I guess gradation of where the sod (in relation to the rest of the lawn) was installed could have been a little better.

They were very prompt and did a fine job.

Very efficient from phone call to service call. made appropriate recommendations on when to do it. no complaints at all. would definitely use them again.

Service was excellent - they met their quote, they were timely / professional / did what was asked.

I emailed from the Angie's List link late yesterday afternoon and got a call in the early evening to give me an over-the-phone estimate and schedule the work. He guessed that someone would be here around 11:00 this morning. The crew called first and arrived right around 11:00. Not much more than an hour late, the gutters were clean and hoses/ladders put away, and the debris washed/swept off the driveway and sidewalks. I'm impressed by the responsiveness and professional attitude, and the price was well worth it.
