Gutters are clean, they gave us a window of two days - he wasn't quite sure when he'd get to it - and they got to us on the second of two days. I thought the price was fair and well worth the investment. I'd hire again (and probably will next year).

These folks are very very first class in all aspects of what they do. In the spring, we will probably buy a gutter system from them with total confidence that everything will be done the right way. Right from the very first phone call, Terry was responsive and worked us into his schedule. The individuals sent to do the work did items that others perhaps wouldn't have done because no one was looking. Neat and complete - These guys are great !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called the morning of November 12, 2012 to get my gutters cleaned. I was told that they would be in my neighborhood sometime that week to do the cleaning. Actually, they came out that same day and did the work. Bill was sent a couple of days later. They did a great job.

They were extremely responsive. Came out the same day I called to schedule an appointment. Gutters were clean when I got home from work that day! Great job.

Great company. Called for an estimate for gutter cleaning. They gave a quote over the phone based upon the foundation size of house and height of gutters. Crew showed up on time, WORKED HARD, and the gutters were cleaned. Also, I called late in the season and they were able to fit me into their schedule on very short notice.

The bid was reasonable and the work was completed within a two-day period. The owner, Terry Spotts, had two crews working simultaneously during blazing hot days. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work and materials--and with their straightforward and thorough explanations about the work. Even our neighbors commented on the neatness and diligence of the crews. We highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

I was satisfied with the work once it was finally completed. I was very disappointed with the last of communication and incomplete work at first.

I contacted the co. by mail and got a response the same morning. They gave me an estimate by email based on my description of the job. I confirmed and asked that they come while I was at home. They scheduled the work within four days. Unfortunately, although I was home when they arrived, I didn't hear them until they were finished and they didn't ring the doorbell. Consequently, I didn't know how they did the work and I didn't have an opportunity to let them know about some problems I was concerned about. After the next rain, I thought that one of the gutters wasn't clear. I emailed the co. at 6:30 am and by 8:00, the crew appeared. I watched as one man got up on the roof and ran a hose down the downspout. It seemed to me and to them that it was clear. I thought this was remarkably good service. There was no charge.

I called Terry the Friday before Memorial weekend.He said that he couldn't get a crew out until Tuesday because of the holiday. They came out on Tuesday as promised. Gutters and down spouts were cleaned out. All of the debris was cleaned up and hauled away. The crew did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

Provided service within two days. Job well done. Great prices compared to others I called.

Received service one day after call. Arrived on time. Scooped out all debris, put debris in buckets and hauled away, flushed gutters with water. Offered to let my husband get up on the roof to inspect. Pointed out a couple minor but needed repairs. Very professional. Job well done. Highly recommend their services.

I noticed rainwater pouring out at the top of the downspouts on our new house. I thought about getting up on the roof to clean out the gutters myself but thought better of it when I was half way up. We have a two-story house. So I looked on Angie's List, picked Terry on the basis of the reviews, and gave him a call. He sent his man out the same day [!]. Cleaned out all the gutters on the house and the garage for $120. I asked him whether they would also be able to extend and redirect two downspouts that were depositing water under our front porch, too close to our basement for my taste. Terry gave me a price and did the work the next day. Everything was great and I will be using him again in the future.

My initial phone call was answered promptly. Terry, I believe it was, said they were able to come the next day. However we got an unexpected rain. They could come the following day, but I wasn't going to be home, and even though he said he could still do it, I wanted to be here for the initial visit. He gladly rescheduled on a a day that worked. Roger called, per my request, 20 minutes before he was to arrive. He went right to work assessing all the gutters and then started cleaning them. Since I hadn't had this done for years, most of them were clogged, and a few were very stubborn. Roger persisted and didn't stop until they were all flowing freely. I was amazed at how adept he was at climbing the roof and getting to all the very high places that needed to be reached. He was so polite, patient, and as he cleaned and answered my questions, he clearly showed knowledge of gutter placement and installation. I would like to have the company come and repair and replace any worn gutters, and possibly add a downspout or two. I was VERY VERY pleased with the results and the Angie's discount they provided. I give my highest recommendation and I plan to call them again next year to clean my gutters (I'll definitely ask for Roger again), and in the future to do repairs. Definitely call them. Great company!! Very satisfied customer.

I cannot remember the price I paid, but it was reasonable (and cheaper than the company I used before for gutter cleaning). They did exactly what was expected and cleaned up after themselves. I am pleased with their work.

We had our gutters cleaned and we were impressed with their timeliness and the quality of their work. I examined a few of the gutters that were easy for me to check and they were very clean. They left no debris in and around our yard either. We will use this company again!

Gutter cleaning is pretty straight forward. The people at Rain Gutter Service & Lawn Sprinkler Service responded quickly and stayed on the estimate. I docked them a bit on the quality but that was due to some debris left on my deck. When I think about it the time they came was really at the end of the season and I am sure they were hustling to get to other houses. I would recommend to friends and would use this service again.

I am a new home owner and my gutters were terrible. I emailed this company after reading about it in Angies List and heard back by phone right away and the estimate was good and I had my gutters cleaned a few hours later. It was great! The estimate was good and I was charged as estimated, I did not have to be home for this to be completed and they performed the service requested. I came home after work with nice clean gutters.

We have downspouts on the outside of our building which to my knowledge had never been cleaned. They were full of muck running three stories up to the roof. I called Rain on a Sunday (and the owner answered) and received a quote by the following Monday night. The price was very affordable and based on the reviews on Angie's I opted to go with them. They were able to schedule the work within a couple days (I think Friday that week?) and were willing to bill us for service which saved me time and efffort. The work they did was great. They cleaned all the downspouts and removed all the debris from the lawn so you you couldn't even tell they were there. Did a great job and sent a bill in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the service we received. It was high quality, very affordable, and convenient to work with. We'll definitely use them in the future!

2 men came early afternoon and they started to use a leaf blower to clean the gutters--blowing debris--leaves, pine needles and mud--everywhere. Then after the blowing was done they blew the debris into my gardens, my decks, patio furniture and down the driveway. I told them that I was not satisfied with the mess that they had made including mud on my brick walkway and sprayed water on some of my windows/sliding doors. They said that they had never gotten a complaint before. I find that hard to believe. They did try to wash the sidewalk and clean some of the leaves, but I finally paid them & told them to leave. Afte they left, I noticed that my overhead garage door was sprayed with debris and dirt as well. I spent the afternoon cleaning the gardens, outside of the gutters and the garage door. Last year I had the gutters cleaned by a person who didn't use a leaf blower but cleaned the gutters & put the debris into a garbage bag. I would never recommend this company.

Our upper level gutters are very high and not ones that we can get to ourselves. They hadn't been cleaned in years, and we were having issues with rain water going everywhere except down the drainpipes. I contacted Rain Landscape & Gutter Cleaning Services via Angie's List email in the middle of the night, and he called me right away the next morning. They came out the next day while we were at work and cleaned the gutters. The charge was reasonable, the service was prompt, and rain now goes down the drainpipes.

The gutter cleaning service was performed on the date schedule and was executed to my expectations; but it took close to a month for them to get around to charging my credit card for the payment. You should charge someone's card the same day the payment is rendered. The man I spoke to had me leave the card number on his answering machine, too, which I found to be somewhat unusual. I will look for a company with a more professional operation next time I need this service.

Extremely pleased with the outcome of the project! It accomplished everything we desired within our buget.
