After calling for the initial service, they were able to come out early the next day. In addition to removing the ice dam and wanted to have an evaluation of the issue causing the ice. Although I was not there for the work, they walked me through what was going to occur and told me that they would call after the work was performed. I received detail information on the work that was done and a good evaluation on what caused the issue.

I called one morning and hoped to schedule a cleaning. It was late in the season, and Terry did not know if he could get it done because he had others already on his schedule and a limited number of above-freezing days left. We discussed possibilities, and when he heard I was talking about a one story rambler and had not turned off the outside water yet, he said he could do it that day. When I got home from work my gutters were cleaned and a bill was left in the agreed location. I had told him to clean the front and side gutters and not worry about a small section in the back over the deck because I could reach it easily with a step ladder, but those were cleaned too and my bill was for no more than the original estimate. Painless.

Always a great job even though it was a cold and windy day.

He would answer his phone when I called. He came out within a few days of the phone call. He takes out the debris by hand, and washes it down with a hose. He cleaned up after himself.

I was extremely pleased. Terry was professional during his phone conversations with me and the work was within 24 hours of my original phone call request. I really liked that he called me when the work was done to let me know what he did and what I would expect to see on my roof. I would use this company again!

Terry was prompt when I called he said that he could try to make it that day or the next. He came the next day. He was also very accommodating to my needs because I had to leave and he was fine with that. Also when I came back to my residence everything was cleaned off even the side of the driveway and walkway. I felt the price was fair. Terry also gave me an estimate over the phone and he honored that same price.

He took my call right away and asked a lot of really good detailed questions before he gave me a quote. He apologized for not being able to come the same day (although it was noon before I called) and said he would understand if I wanted to call around. He showed up when he said he would and did the job for the quoted amount.

Terry gave me an estimate over the phone. He said he would come by the following Monday and clean out the gutters, and that he would just leave an invoice in the mailbox. It rained a few days after the service and we didn't have the overflow problems we previously had. As far as we know, he did a great job. We'll use him again every few years to clean our gutter protectors, as Terry recommended.

It went very well. Terry was very responsive and did a quality job.

Contractor was very prompt, thorough, and courteous. The work was performed ahead of schedule and on budget. Unfortunately, due to poor planning on my part, I went with the first contractor to reply with an estimate. Because time was an issue for me, I went with this contractor. As additional bids came in, I quickly realized that the price for this contractor was nearly four times as much as bids from the competition. Those competitors could have had the job done as quickly, but were not as fast in their response to win the business. Despite the quality and professionalism of this contractor, I would not use again.

I contacted the company from their ranking on Angie's List. The owner returned my call promptly and came to the house and cleaned the gutters within 48 hours. The gutters are clean, the issue is closed and my wife is happy. So, it was a complete success. I likely could have spent less but I am very pleased with the overall job

Great - I called on Tuesday and he was out on Thursday and did the cleaning.

Easy, simple, quick and a fair price, can't ask for anything more.

Wow! I called this morning at about 9:30 because we had noticed that suddenly our gutters were full of fall leaves. We'd had some problems with water seeping into our basement that we just got resolved, and we were worried that clogged gutters might lead to more seepage problems and/or rot. The owner answered his own phone, asked me a few questions, and was over at my house cleaning the gutters with an assistant by 10:30 a.m.(in the drizzle, and all the leaves were still wet from copious recent rains). He gave the the lowdown on where my gutters had some small problems, answered all my questions about gutter cover systems, told me he installs them in the Spring, if we're interested, took his check, and was gone by 11:30. What a relief!

Arrived on time, did an excellent job with the cleaning process. Was neat with the process and had good recommendations for how to improve flow and reduce visits.
