They were here within a day of our calling them. They were very pleasant and worked hard.

I called Terry on Friday, Feb 12th, to request snow removal from my roof. Historically I have had ice dams and Terry has come out in the past to remove them. He is exceedly prompt. He estimates when he will complete the service and all three times has completed service before his estimated completion date. He said he might not be able to clear my roof until Wednesday, Feb 17th, due to other scheduled services. However, he came on on Monday, Feb 15th. I will call Terry again. He does a great job.

Called to get ice dams running the entire length of my roof both front and back removed. I already had some water coming in over the back kitchen window. Because thousands of people had the same problem, I was told they wouldn't be able to get to me until the following week (I called on Wednesday). So I took the day off work Thursday and in five hours managed to clear an area front and back of maybe 20 square feet each. Lo and behold, Terry's crew showed up at about 4:00 Thursday and within 90 minutes had cleared the entire roof of snow and ice up to five feet back (which was plenty far enough), an astounding feat. They saved my house having huge problems and gave me some good advice about why ice dams happen in the first place and what I should do.

They answered the phone when I called, gave me a good price, and came the next day. He showed up on time and did the work. It went smoothly; it was great.

We called on a Thursday but he was not available until that Monday - which given the number of roofs with ice dams was reasonable. He quoted us $220 based on the size of the roof and amount of snow and ice described to him on the phone. He advised us to remove as much of the snow as possible. We did so over the weekend, such that by Monday there was much less snow and a fair amount less ice on the roof. We misunderstood exactly what was going to happen and were suprised when the gutters full of ice, the snow near the peak of the roof and the ice buildup on the other side of the roof were left untouched. When the bill still came to $220 we disputed it given all of the work we did. He acknowledged our work and reduced the bill to $150.

Excellent work, took the time to explain what he was going to do and make recommendations to avoid future problems. Very prompt too!

They did a great job and my overall experience with them was very good. They seemed very professional and came right away to get the job done. The price that they charged was reasonable too. If need be, then I would use their services in the future.

We'll see, but it appears the job was very well done. i was quite satisfied.

It was a busy day for ice and snow removers! I called several companies and it took a while to get a response from any of them (about 2-3 hours). Terry was one of the first to call back and was then here within 30 minutes of his call - faster than a pizza! He went straight to work and removed the ice dam as well as the rest of the snow on the roof. I have a two-story house with some steep dormers, so this is not an easy task.

I contact Terry this morning around 9:30 am and he was working on the roof of another client. However, by 1:15 the same day the job was done. He was prompt, courteous, and informative. I had some doubts about the ice dam removal technique but he allayed my concerns. When I got home the ice dam had been removed and the fallen ice shoveled off the walkway. Excellent service, price, and professionalism.

I called Terry, he came the same day and removed an ice dam in an area of my roof that I have, in the past, had water problems. It was absolutely freezing and he spent a good long time out there removing the ice dam. He was polite and thorough. He actually removed more ice than I asked him to because he was concerned that it might cause a problem. Great job - and extra points given due to that absolutely horrible weather.

I did it all over the phone. I called them up and he gave me an estimate without even really having to go look at it. He said he would be out the next day, and he was. He left me an invoice.

My husband was happy to have it done. They were tidy, didn't leave a mess. They cleaned up whatever was blown out of the gutters.

Terry's company did a great job in cleaning our gutters. I am just writing the report because I forgot to in 2008 and we are looking him up again now in 2009 as repeat customers. Terry was quick to respond, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Additionally, what meant the most to me, was that I was able to get a quote over the phone and leave a check for him w/o needing to be home. My husband and I both work full-time and taking time off work to be home in the middle of the day can be a challenge. Terry did great work.

Had water leak into the house and noticed that the only 2nd floor gutter on our house wasn't draining. Called Terry on Wed, and he came on Thurs. He originally asked for $120, but agreed on $80. My wife was able to pay him on the spot, but he was willing to just leave the bill in the mailbox. Everything seems to working fine.

My call was answered promptly, though owner (?) was away in NYC. He gave me an over the phone estimate after having me describe my house/gutters.Work was scheduled & completed within days. Price was same as estimate. Gutters that I can see appear to have been thoroughly cleaned out. Will be calling these guys again next year!

Called Terry on a Tuesday. He gave me a quote based on my description of my home, I agreed and the work was completed the next day.

Terry was great - he returned my call the same day and was out the next morning to remove the ice dams in three areas of our roof. He charged the initial quoted amount and left the bill in our mail box so I didn't have to wait for him to finish the job. Terry also had recommendations for how to avoid the problem in the future (heating coils) and even advised, depending on our needs and budget, having the work done by an electrician insead of putting the "hard sell" on doing the job himself. I would definitely use Rain Gutter Cleaning Service again in the future.

Put in call; call back by Terry immediately and he came out within 3 hours and did the job. Very nice to deal with, professional, knows what he is doing, and appeared careful not to damage anything.
