+ -1 moreThor (sales manager) stated he would get back to me soon with information about my alarm system. Have since spoken with a representative (Rocky?) at Prowire and left word, also sent (too) many texts to Thor's mobile and used his voicemail. Have never heard back. I have lost all faith of ever having a reply. I could never trust that Prowire would do quality work being they do not know how to supply basic customer service. Based on my experience, I suggest that anyone reading this review of Prowire to pick another company...
Description of Work: I had a meeting with Thor well over a month ago (August 3, 2017, 9:30AM) at my home about correcting the security system.

+ -1 moreCONTRACTOR IS CARING, THOROUGH, PROFESSIONAL, AND SPENT AS MUCH TIME AS NECESSARY TO EXPLAIN THE WORK AND MEET THE CUSTOMERS REQUIREMENTS. THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS EXCEPTIONAL, COMPRISED OF LONG TERM MATURE EMPLOYEES. VERY COURTEOUS, CLEANED UP AND THE INSTALLATION IS INVISIBLE. THE COMPANY DOES OTHER LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL WORK, TOO. I COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED.
Description of Work: INSTALLATION OF DIGITAL ALARM SYSTEM WITH BOTH LAND-LINE AND CELL PHONE CENTRAL MONITORING.
