The owner of the company came here and did the repair. Very nice guy. Straight shooter. Did not try top upsell. Explained the repair and even saw that the ledger board for the deck needed to be chalked and did that too. Nice catch.

Jaredâ s team did great work, and Jared was responsive and timely throughout the process. Envelope when I had a question months after the siding was installed, Jared came out immediately and helped me out.

Jared at Northland Construction was the lowest bid, but that's not why we hired him. He seemed very honest and knowledgeable about the project. They didn't use scaffolding like the others wanted to. The just used ladders. They arrived on time, did the work, and completed on time. At one point I went to ask a question and he apologized for his phone talking to him, which I didn't care about at all, but he was listening to a bible study podcast while he worked, which my wife and I thought was very cool. After the work was done, we asked if he could give us a price to fix a door that was not closing properly. He just fixed it and would not accept any payment for it. We tried to hand him a $100 bill, but he would not take it. Jared is a great contractor and a good man. We cannot recommend him highly enough and will definitely use him for any future projects.

Jared was great to work with, they repaired siding, added soffit and repaired some other areas around the house to get it ready for painting. Awesome communication throughout and did all of the work just as promised, even a couple added items. I highly recommend!

Jared quickly came out to assess and provided a competitive quote for siding repair (cedar siding damaged by woodpeckers and weather). Communication was greatâ he was very responsive and easy to work with. He and his team showed up exactly as promised, efficiently got the work done, left a perfectly clean worksite, and did a great job. He will be my go-to for all future projects.

Jared and his crew replaced the shower in our master bathroom. While it may have been a small job to them, it was big to us, and they made us feel valued. They demolished everything, poured a new enlarged cement pan, and retiled everything. Nick did a fabulous job on the tile and it turned out better than I imagined. I’d recommend Northland Construction for any sized job.

It was vinyl plank floor in kitchen living room ,dinning room and hall.Jared is very professional and helpful.Nick installed the floors and is a perfectionist ,our floors are beautiful and we are so happy with the end result. Project was minimal, i.e., three partial, single panels replaced. I'd consider this vendor for a full siding replacement.

I hired these guys to install vinyl siding over the existing wood siding. The house was built in 1889 and from the outside they made it look like a whole new house. They were able to get us on their schedule very quickly and the house looks AMAZING! Once they were complete, they made sure the yard was picked up and no debris was remaining. They were also very careful around the plants...until i finally told them not to worry about it since they were getting dug up anyway. As they were nearly complete, they suggested some aesthetic finishing touches (decorative shutters on the front windows). Next day they were installed and it totally makes the house look even better. We have received many compliments from walker's by. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys.
