I was very happy with the work! they took everything, and even swept the garage floor! would definitely recommend them, and use them again.

Both employees were very courteous, professional and helpful. They went above and beyond. I would recommend them anytime. Give them a raise!!!

It went very well. I think they took a little more than 2 cubic yards, but they didn't charge anything extra.

Great. We were very pleased by the team. One guy arrived early and focused and taking down the shed and sorting metal and other items for recycling. Two other guys arrived a little later with the truck and hauled everything away. We received great work for a really fair price.

The provider came on time. Did a very good job by taking away everything I want to get rid of.

They were super nice, timely and they found creative ways in maneuvering the furniture out of the apartment. Nick & Dave bent over backwards to work with me regarding scheduling and performing the service. They made things easy for us in an overwhelming situation. I called other companies who were rigid and inflexible. It was quite the opposite experience with these guys.

I bought the $99 special in May and called in July to schedule. I did have to call a couple times as they were having problems with their answering service getting messages to them. But, I had worked with them in the past so I figured there was something unusual going on when I didn't get my first call answered. As always, they were very professional, friendly and quick. I definitely will use them again.

What a relief to get rid of some of the household clutter! I plan to have them back later this year for a second round of purging, too. Dante & Nick were polite, efficient and professional. I was given a 2-hour window for the guys to show up and they called when they were about 45 minutes out so I had plenty of notice.

The only problem I had was getting the actual pickup scheduled. I understood that they would scheduled the pickup within a few days after I ordered the service. However, due (according to their dispatcher) to the overwhelming demand for their services, the actual pickup took place a couple of weeks after I called--and on the same day that our out of town guests were arriving.

They came out a couple of weeks after I bought the deal. I would use them in the future.

the two men who came were amazing. so polite and willing to help. there were some things that were too heavy for me to haul from my third floor bedroom, and they graciously did it for me. love this service. will definitely do it again the next time my husband is out of town and I can get rid of all of his crap!

I was given a large discount because there was a delay in responding to my service request. The workers were clean and polite, and punctual and removed two recliners and a sofa.

Everything went great after an initial hard time getting a response to set up our service date. This is the second time we have used this company and they do a great job.

I purchased the Angie's list deal to remove construction debris from a basement remodel project. They were a little hard to get a hold of in the beginning, but every other touch point within the process was excellent. They clearly explained and apologized for the delay in response and told me they would work around any deadlines I had. We were able to find a day and time that worked. The construction debris was located in the garage and was mixed with other items I wanted to keep. The team was very good about working through the disorganized mess and left whatever I requested and took the rest. I ended up needing more 'junk' hauled than originally purchased. The hauling team was great about explaining any additional fees for the additional 'junk', which all seemed very reasonable. I plan on using them again when I demo the kitchen later this year.

The two young men quickly surveyed the best way to move an old treadmill, plus smaller items, where to park the truck for easiest loading. It was a rainy day and they were careful to not track mud and water through the house. Pleasant, efficient. They arrived early, so they had to wait for me to get home.

Everyone was friendly and professional. The date of service was later than planned due to a wealth of referrals. They arrived a bit before arranged time, which was great. I was unaware of the additional $10 for microwave disposal. It was worth the cost, but I'm unsure I would pay the full cost of their service, but will look for deals to use them in the future.

The scheduling part was a bit rocky. They told me their Angies List deal had produced more business than they were prepared for. In any event, getting them scheduled was a bit dodgy, in which they lost track of our order, &c. This probably won't be an ongoing issue. When the Junk Happens guys showed up, they were polite and mostly well organized. They worked hard and did a good job. Overall, we were quite satisfied.

It went very well. They were short staffed that day so only one person was able to show up. He did a great job and was very professional.

Kept me informed when he was late because of truck problems. Easy to schedule. Performed service well.
