This worked out just fine. We were very pleased. There was a specification about the limit of what the deal of about 4.5 cubic yards. We were able stay under this with the junk we had removed. Getting the appointment scheduled was easy and the workers showed up on time. Overall, this was a good experience.

Great service. We booked a day, I was called 15-20 minutes before the vehicle was due. He arrived on time and cleared things in a great and tidy way. Super service!

THE TWO MEN ARRIVED ON TIME ,WERE POLITE AND GOT RIGHT TO IT. I SAT ON THE STEP , DRANK COFFEE AND POINTED TO THINGS IN MY GARAGE.....IT WAS FABULOUS!! THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

The hauling service called me on the previously agreed afternoon and arrived in about 15 minutes. I met two men at the garage door and showed them the way to the elevator and up to my condo. They picked-up the unattached items I had earlier listed in an email and carried them back down to their truck. They were polite and quick. I would use them again without hesitation.

They did a good job. They cleaned up very well. They were personable people.

They arrived on time with an empty truck. Estimated 1/4 truck. I had more. They explained the additional cost and began clearing away the trash. I had one item in the house, a huge 120 gallon fish tank which went first. They handled that very well and then tackled the garage. With two men they easily removed everything I had tagged and then swept up the garage and driveway before leaving. They were professional and courteous. It was an excellent experience.

The driver followed up with me before leaving to ensure they had everything and that I was satisfied with the service. I would definitely use them again. I would also add that I had to move the appointment-they were totally accommodating and very helpful.

They were right on time when they said they would be there. Two very nice guys came and very quickly picked up the junk that I had gathered. It was yard materials (blocks etc), metal products, hot water heater and just some random junk that wasn't appropriate for my regular garbage man. I have a bad back so some of the stuff was in my basement and some in the yard and the bulk of it in the garage. They just gathered it all up and hauled it away. That was well spent money as some of it has been sitting around since I moved into my house. Love this service!!!!

It went great. Had a little delay making the initial contact to schedule, but once we talked we got it scheduled right away. I didn't need to be around for the pickup and they did everything I asked them to do. I will use them again if needed. Friendly service and customer focused.

They did all the work and worked quickly which was nice. I thought that they would take a bit more based on the cubic footage. They started to talk about extra costs so I let them decide what was covered by the coupon and had my regular garbage hauler take the rest. This was a good decision because they charged less for the extra items.

Bought a Big Deal. Called to schedule and the owner was very friendly and considerate, offering a home number even. Actually, I contacted them via e-mail on a Friday night, thinking they were likely closed. She called Friday night after seeing my e-mail to try and set things up immediately. I was impressed from the start. Day of pickup, the two workers showed up on time. They effeciently removed all the items that I had. There was an additional $15 fee for the fridge disposal but I thought that was fair, and I was informed of this at the time I called to schedule. My only suggestion to the company would be to offer some details on how much space is alotted. For example, you could say "a 1/4 truck load is about the size of 4 full size mattresses stacked on top of each other." I still do not know how much room I had bought and may have had more things available for removal. Remember to ask this when you schedule, and avoid my mistake!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good and I've purchased several others because I have a lot of junk to get rid of. I bought 2 for September that I haven't used yet. They are very pleasant and very easy to deal with. They are very efficient.

Easy to schedule, were prompt, quick, courteous.

Two workers. Arrived promptly and started the work. They removed the desk first and then skillfully fit the other items into useable spaces so that they didn't take extra space that would have cost us more. That was definitely an appreciated gesture! The workers were courteous and efficient, and finished the job quickly without any.damage to property on the way to the truck.

They took everything and cleaned everything. Nothing was damaged and they came when they said they would. I was very happy with them.

After I purchased the deal Chris was very receptive. She was very helpful and flexible as I needed to change the date. I told her what we wanted hauled away from the get go. It seemed that with each time we spoke or messaged there was a new fee that would be added on. I would have appreciated to know right away what the extra fees would be.
