Junk Happens

I would definitely use Junk Happens again. The price was reasonable and I was very satisfied with the quality of service.

I've used them once before. Another job well done.

This was the second time I used Junk Happens to help me clean out some junk. They were here when they said they would be, were very professional and very fast. I'd certainly use them again.

They came into the house and got it for me. It was some big stuff. I would use them again.

They were on time.l The crew was great and they took everything I needed. I am going to call them again because I found some more things I want them to haul away.

The gentleman arrived on time, was courteous and professional. My husband works at home and, even though the closet was upstairs close to his office, he was not disturbed at all. We were very happy with the service.

The service was excellent and the guys did a great job.

I was contacted immediately after buying the coupon. I explained the situation and the provider understood that the service was to be coordinated with my friend and not my home. He pointed out that I wasn't taking advantage of the full service which I understood and appreciated. From that point, he and my friend coordinated the pickup according to her family schedule. They arrived at the appointed time and removed the designated junk. I will definitely call Junk Happens when I am ready to get some of my own larger stuff out of my house.

It worked out wonderful! They got everything out of here for the 89$ deal. It was excellent in terms of they just took everything I pointed at them and did everything I needed to have done.

Am trying to clean out garage - scheduler was very helpful and informative. Haulers were on time and removed everything I wanted gone. Will certainly use them again.

They said they would be at my house between 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. They arrived at 2:30 p.m. Once they got here they did a good job removing the items.

They were running early and called to offer the earlier time to me. The large items I had were in my basement through narrow doors and stairs. They cleaned up after and restored all the doors that needed to be removed to their previous state. The price was great as I use a Deal to purchase their services.

They arrived on time. They picked up everything and hauled it away. I had more stuff to get rid of than the Big-Deal offered. I payed an additional amount. That was expected. Their additional price was very fail. I am very happy with the service and will use them again.

They were an hour late as they gave me a window of 1100 -100 and they showed up at 150 which p***** off my employer and the amount of debris they took on this ANGIE special was a joke.I still ended having to haul it myself.

We bought an Angie's Deal and were very happy with the work! Josh got to our house a little earlier than expected, so my husband wasn't home to help with the heavy stuff. I began trying to help but he promptly told me he'd take care of everything. Josh was excellent hard-working and very polite. We also had a patio table that had broken on a recent windy day. He gave us a great deal to take the table as well. Would definitely use them again

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out great. They were great, very efficient, on time, and they did a good job.

The junk haulers went everywhere I sent them to get junk and took it away. Even though it involved taking a door off to get a large item out and going up the basement stairs several times, they were efficient and professional throughout.

We contacted Junk Happens in the first week of October 2013 regarding having a shed removed from our backyard and hauled away. I had the pleasure of talking to Chris, the wonderful women who answered the phone. I explained the job to her in detail and she was very prompt about getting the information to the owner. She also worked with me through several schedule changes and tweaking the final bill. Dave came out that week while I was not home and assessed the whole project and what it would take to remove the entire structure. This was not an easy task since this shed was built many years ago on a thick foundation just like a little house. It was also filled with walnuts from years of squirrel habitation, stacks of bricks, tires, a sink and many other odds and ends that piled up through the years. We decided to go ahead with the project and set the date for October 16, 2013. The morning of the 16th Dave and two other workers showed up and began demolition. I had to leave for work within the hour so I left them to finish the job. When I returned home that afternoon I couldn't believe what an amazing job they had done. Not only was the entire shed gone but the concrete slab that was left (we did not plan on having that removed) looked like it had even been swept. There was not one nail or piece of debris laying on the ground. My husband and I highly recommend Junk Happens for their hard work, professionalism, cost and customer service.

Was very painless. They showed up on schedule, loaded everything up and my yard no longer looks like a junkyard!

It went very quickly and without any problems.
