Junk Happens

The two men who removed the items explained the services provided which include donate, recycle or incineration. Work was done efficiently and respectfully. They were on time. Pick-ups can be scheduled for Saturdays. I would use Junk Happens again, and I recommend the company.

I had used 1-800-GOT-JUNK a few months ago and used Junk Happens for our next load. Very good deal thru Angie's List and a great experience with the company. I will use them again and have recommended them to friends.

We will absolutely use Junk Happens again in the future! They were fast, friendly, and their prices were fantastic. They honored an expired coupon for us (which we didn't expect them to do), but they did. Everyone we worked with was very professional and helpful. They were friendly with our small children who were curious about their truck, answered all our questions, and did the removal very efficiently. They were going to take their shoes off so as not to track muck into the house (it was wet outside from melting snow), but we told them they could keep their shoes on. The workers were courteous enough to ask if I was sure it was alright for them to keep their shoes on a second time. I thought was very professional of them; making sure I was really okay with it. We experienced some of the best customer service from this company. We will be calling them again this summer!

The guys called before they came and arrived when they were scheduled. They picked up all my construction debris and swept up the area, perfect! Thank you for the good work and the flexibility with scheduling.

Junk Happens services provided were awesome. I am recommending them to everyone I know. They were so kind and very empathetic as when I called I was so overwhelmed by my problem. The last thing I wanted to do on my vacation was go through the tenants garbage. they were very quick, friendly and upfront about the costs. Great! My wife called last minute because we thought we'd have time to get it done while moving into our new place, but time was short. Their dispatcher/scheduler took our call and worked to squeeze us in on the day we needed. Very pleased with the help.

They did a great job. They did all the work. I had an old concrete double sink in the basement I wanted removed. They broke it up, carried it out in pieces and cleaned up after. There were 2 young men and they were very courteous. Didn't question anything. It was a great experience.

I called them, told them where everything was - outside the carport. They came out, loaded everything up, and let me know that I had more junk than was covered. They told me the rates, and it was reasonable, so I had them haul it all away. I didn't even have to take off from work - when I got home, it was all gone. It was GREAT.

When I first did a search for junk haulers in my area, I did not know when I would need the service. At the time, Angie's List was offering a speciaI, but I did not want to take advantage of it because I wanted to check out several companies first. When I did call around, I had Junk Happens on my list. I was mpressed with this company from the very frst contavt I had with them. Although the time period for the special price had expired, the representative still offered it to me. The company was also willing to wait with the appointment untll I knew when my new furniture would be delivered. I called back this pastweek and we were able to set up a convenient time for the pick up. The two men arrived on time. They were friendly (even to my noisy Yorkie!), professional, worked quickly and carefully. I was impressed by the fact that they were careful not to soil my light-colored carpet with their shoes. The entire operation took less than 15 minutes. I will definitely use this company again. Thanks, Angie!

Called two days before we needed to have the junk picked up. Figured there was no way they'd be able to help us. I was told, "No problem, we'll be there at 9am." Two very nice guys showed up, on time, with the truck. I showed them the several piles of junk and let them have at it. Thirty minutes later they were done and had even swept up some of the areas! A great experience! We would not only call on these folks to help us again but recommend them to all of our friends!

This was super easy with this company! They were completely accomodating to my schedule and were very easy to get a hold of. They arrived on time, moved everything themselves, and took it all away (which is what we needed). This process took less than 10 minutes. They were professional, polite and personable and I would absolutely use this company again and would also refer them to a friend!

We purchased the $99 coupon using PayPal. A few hours later, I received a message in my Angie's List message box (and also in my personal email) from Chris at Junk Happens. I responded with my preferred day and time for pickup and offered a phone number to confirm. Chris called and confirmed the day and time frame (two-hour window) that I asked for. On the day they were supposed to come, we had some schedule mishaps at home, so we called to ask if they could come earlier in the day and they did. The two guys who arrived were polite and professional. They took off their shoes then proceeded down to the basement where we showed them what we wanted to have removed. They assessed the items and determined that they met the criteria of 1/4 of a truckload. This included two treadmills (which required some minor disassembly), a large, non-flat television and the drawers portion of a captain's bed. They lifted everything up a flight of stairs, around a corner, through two rooms and out the front door. They were quick and caused no damage. We were very pleased and plan to use Junk Happens again.

That turned out well. The guy came out and worked really hard. He removed a lot of construction items and some household items. He cleaned up well too. They didn’t let me know upfront that if there was added time what the price would be. I did pay more for them to more work. He wound up staying for 2.5 hours. I wished they would have let me know how much it would have cost IF the time went over. It would be good if this company would let their customers know that upfront. I did understand why I had to pay extra for the cost.

Scheduling was good, they were out 2 days after I called to set up the appointment. The service turned out great. I had torn an old deck off my house. They hauled away all of the pieces of the old deck and few household items.

Scheduling was easy and convenient, and was based around my schedule. The drivers were helpful and courteous, and respectful of my house and property. I bought 2 *Big Deals* and had them come out twice; the second time was arranged and completed quite satisfactorily while I was out of town. I am very pleased with the staff and service of Junk Happens, and when I get the next load of junk ready to be hauled away I will be calling them to come and get it, even if I can't take advantage of a *Big Deal* discount.

They were professional and did a great job. There was a mix-up about my address (entirely my fault) and they took care of everything without a problem. I've used several other providers for hauling the left-over cement from a demolition job and not one came close to matching these guys. Would definitely hire again.

The service turned out great. Scheduling was smooth and they were out within a few days of my call. They came out and took it all away and recycled what they said they would. If I would have gotten more junk together they would have taken that too. I was not expecting from the advertisement that it was a certain amount of junk for the price. I paid extra, however, the information could have been more clear as to how much they would take for the price.
