Junk Happens

The service technicians were professional, helpful, and efficient. They moved all of the junk from the outside of our house and inside our house without needing me to move things for them. They were upfront on additional costs (mattress, certain electronics).

The two men called ahead to let me know they were at my house. They were very efficient, pleasant, and I would use Got Junk again.

Overall, Junk Happens did what they said they would do. I piled up a bunch of stuff for them to haul away. They showed up, loaded it up and hauled it away without any incidence.

Communicated well. Prompt, efficient, courteous. Cheerful even when the heavens opened in the middle of moving stuff to their truck. The crew removed two very large items that I had been wondering how to move and get rid of. Everything went very quickly and smoothly. Will use them again soon to remove more stuff from the house and garage.

They were able to come to my home on short notice and help clear a number of items I needed removed.The young men were so courteous and were very careful in how they removed the items. The made sure to remove legs from the couch to avoid marring any of my recently painted walls. They made the process quick and easy for me.

There was a mix up with Junk Happens initially, but to their credit, they made every effort to fix the problems, and gave me an additional discount in the process. So, I would definitely give them another chance.

They did a great job and I didn't have any problems. The customer service person is very flexible in trying to meet the customer needs and worked out a schedule that was easy for me. Payment was easy for me so I am very happy with them. I'll keep asking them! its inexpensive and there is great customer service. And they are very prompt!

We have used Junk Happens two different times. Both times they were prompt and efficient in hauling away unwanted household items and construction debris. There was nothing for us to do as they loaded all items and cleaned up afterwards. This is a highly recommended services. Very professional and cost effective when the service is purchased through Angie's List. We are very satisfied and will use again.

I was really pleased with the service that was provided to me. They were supposed to arrive between 3-5 pm and called my husband to say that they were ahead of schedule and would be arriving early which was a pleasant surprise. They took everything we asked them to. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Fantastic! The two guys that came were on time, professional and very helpful. I didn't know how much room that I needed in the truck so I had received a quote on the whole truck being full. After the pickup, it was only half full so the bill was adjusted accordingly. They were very good.

Very prompt and polite. Upfront about an additional charge (which was reasonable) for needing more truck space than we had reserved. One guy came and removed a ton of large, awkward and unwieldy construction debris. He worked hard and did it all with a smile on his face. We will use this service the next time we need junk removal.

That turned out wonderfully. One guy came out he helped me clean out my garage. He went up into the rafters and brought things down for me. With the belongings that I wanted to keep he put them back up in the rafters for me. I would definitely use him again.

The service was great. They also rescheduled for me after the 6 months due to the weather. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They got the job done in less than an hour. The workers were very polite.

The only negative is that he arrived about a half-hour after the time window we had agreed to. Otherwise everything was taken care of efficiently.

I bought this as a Big Deal from Angies list. The provider contacted me after I bought the deal and scheduled an apooint for junk removal. We wanted a Saturday slot and they were able to accommodate our schedule. Two employees of Junk Happens arrived on time, picked up the old furniture and took it away in minutes. Painless and quick.

That turned turned out good. Two haulers came out and it took them less than an hour. They removed furniture, an artificial Christmas tree, etc. We did have to pay a little extra, about $35, but they told us that in the beginning. They were efficient and did a nice job.
