Junk Happens

I had some really big pieces of furniture sitting in my garage taking up space and needed to get them out to make room. I had never done anything like this so wasn't sure what to expect. Chris, the business owner, was very helpful on the phone with me as we discussed the items to be removed. The guys showed up on time and were helpful, pleasant, and very quick. The stuff was out of my garage in short order. I would absolutely use them again.

It went very well. They were easy to contact and they were quick to respond to me about getting an appointment set. They were punctual, the two guys that came were very polite and professional. They moved a large couch and they helped me with whatever I needed to remove. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful.

They were here right on time, were pleasant and professional, took everything I needed to haul. Overall a very positive experience.

Everything went great from start to finish. It was easy to schedule, they showed up within the two hour window, the guys were friendly, helpful and hardworking plus they cleaned up after. We will definitely use them again.

A refrigerator in the basement was among the items that were removed. The basement stairs are narrow and there is a small raised landing at the bottom; you need to make a 90 degree turn to get into the basement. Mike and Tyler were able to problem-solve and maneuver the refrigerator around this tight corner without causing damage to the walls or ceiling. They also let me know that they could put the computer monitor into my car and I could bring it to Best Buy who would take it an no charge; additional charges for disposal would incur if Junk Happens takes it.

The service we received was excellent. The communication to coordinate pick up was timely and professional. The individuals that came to pick up our debris were polite and friendly. They quickly loaded the items and left the area spotless. Would definitely recommend to others and use again. Thanks!!

Two young men arrived a half hour early. The items were picked up and I decided to have them take other items. I purchased the $99 deal for 1/4 truck load, but decided it was not enough. There was no pressure, they were patient, good listeners and fast. They cleaned up the driveway and left. It was a relief to have all of that work completed in a short amount of time.

They worked fast and were thorough. Since some chemicals and electronics were included in the items they picked up, they explained along the way which items would incur additional fees. I was expecting the extra fees for certain items but appreciated that they made sure I knew what the additional costs would be. This is the 3rd time I've used their services. Each time, they have been polite and professional. They do good work and have saved me a lot of time in trying to figure out how to dispose of a variety of items.

All company representatives provided great service. They made a point to take care of my needs and were exceptional! I will use them again and strongly recommend them. They were reasonably priced and did a great job.

They showed up at agreed time slot. Workers were nice, very helpful and worked fast. I will use them again and highly recommend their service if you have stuff you want to get rid of. Very easy to set up.

I was so happy to find this Angie's List big deal, because I have a bunch of scrap left over from a home improvement job. It's been taking up space in my shed for a year, and I didn't have a way to take it to the dump. They were really nice, came out and moved it all in no time at all and swept up after. These guys rock!

Great. Second time we've used this company and they are wonderful to work with. Scheduling is easy. they came on a Saturday, they were on time and removed all the items needed! Very easy and they do a great job. Have, yet more junk to remove and will use them again.

Things went excellent. I was very impressed with them. I was very impressed with the office personnel that I had talked to. That had actually expired, but they honored it. They young men that came to do what I wanted to have done were very polite and did a very good job. They just came about a week or so. When I called the office and asked if there was a possibility, they said of course and there was no problem with that. We talked about some other things and if they could not be done at the time, there would be some labor costs with those, but they were more than happy to schedule that whenever, but that were not what they came to do, but we talked about it. I would definitely get them again. I was very impressed with their professionalism. I just did not expect such quality to come do such thing. They sweep up after themselves. I had asked them to let me know when I had used up what I had purchased and if I could purchase some more; that meant I could have a number of things. So, I was not really prepared to have more things. They took more than I anticipated that they would. The other thing is they do not put the items into landfills. They are disposed of such ways that if they can be used, they are disposed that way or if not, they are used to create energy. They called me before they were coming or when they were on their way. I liked that.

I had a big job and was clearing out an apartment. They worked really hard and were very efficient. While I had to pay extra since it was a big job, they kept the prices down.

I had decided to clear my garage of 25-plus years of stuff. I extricated a lot of it from the roof storage area in the garage and placed it in the driveway as there isn't room for more than one person up there and I had no idea what I would find, even though Junk Happens will remove the stuff for me. They arrived early due to scheduling changes, loaded everything that I had piled up and were done in 15 minutes or so. Garage has more room than I remember now ...

Excellent the company is only one that sorts through everything collected and recycles everything - nothing goes to landfill. They also swiped and cleaned the area.
