Junk Happens

This is a really great company to work with. Just one phone call and they talk care of everything you need. They made a couple of curb side pickups at our rental property and one at our home. Very pleased with their punctuality and thoroughness.

They were on time (actually early), looked at the job and got started. They were strong, pleasant and done in about 20 minutes. I would hire them again.

They were good. They were on time and they were neat. They did what I hired them to do.

It went well. I had a fair amount of remodeling debris; doors, trim, toilet, bath vanity, tile etc. Also chunks of cement, old stove and other misc items. Most of it was in the backyard and they removed it without me having to haul it up to the driveway. Much better deal than buying a Bagster IMO. The workers were courteous and quick. If I had a complaint, it would be that they arrived at the end of the 2 hour arrival time window.

There were two guys that pulled up. One parked and came to great me. After that, they backed into the driveway, taking care on making sure not to drive on the grass and my new plants. They loaded all the stuff I need them to take. They did double check before taking, which I am thankful for. They also took my couch out of the house for me. These guys were very nice and repectful. I would hire them again.

I called and was able to schedule an appointment in3 days. I was given a 9AM to 11AM pick-up time. At 10:30 I was called to inform me they would be 10 to 15 minutes late. They arrived at 11:15, I took them on a quick tour to show them the items, they carefully removed all items and were gone in 30 minutes. It was a prepay and I signed the removal form; all very efficent!

They were punctual. They were very efficient. They were very friendly. The job got done!

These guys are great! They felt bad about being a little late and gave me discount. They're very professional, and moved the large TV from a different floor. I am selling a townhouse and needed to get rid of a lot of junk. I feel good knowing that the stuff won't just end up in a landfill, but will be recycled wherever possible. I would use them again (and probably will before the move is over).

fThey were very professional and went above and beyond. We had an extra pile of junk and they were more than willing to take that. We did not expect it,but they were nice enough to take it at no extra charge. We would have paid but they said it was not full yet. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know! We would use them again for our next project

Driver was punctual and assisted lifting most items by himself. My husband assisted when he could be helpful. We are planning another load soon!

Dante and Nick were great to work with. They were professional, good communicators, cheerful, and real assets for their company. They exceeded my expectations.

Everything went great. Scheduled within a day and reviewed requirements. They showed up in the time window, picked up everything and even swept things up. They did a great job and I will use them again and again to clear out my projects. Easier and cheaper (1/2 the price) than the green plastic bag sitting in my driveway for weeks and I didn't have to load it. Great job guys and thanks.

It was a good experience. They came when they said they would. They took what they were supposed to. They were good. I have no problem recommending them. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

The two young men that came to the apartment were very polite, and hard working. They took everything that we needed to get rid of and didn't waste anytime, and were careful to not damage any walls. Would/will definitely hire Junk Happens again. Especially knowing that they donate what they can to various charities and recycle the rest instead of adding to landfills. Great job!!

Very responsive. Appointment made easily. They were later arriving then scheduled but did call to inform me. Took everything I wanted them to. There is a surcharge for some appliances. It was such a relief when everything was gone.
