+ -1 moreExcellent! The problem was fixed, and my computer has been working great ever since. I appreciate their honesty and how quickly they got to my computer. I will definitely use them again for my other computers. All of the employees there were very friendly and helpful.
Description of Work: The video on my laptop was flickering and going white at times. I called and was able to take my laptop in the same day. Within a few hours the technician figured out what he thought was wrong. He told me he wanted to keep it running over night to make sure he had fixed the problem.

They are extremely responsive both in the reply to my service requests as well as the actual service itself. They are polite, friendly, and always helpful - they do a good job and I am happy to recommend them.
