WARNING - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They are deceitful and will charge you 1000% of the actual cost of the project. It's sad that people like this exist.

Worked with Tyler who was competent and friendly and explained what he had done.

Work was completed in a timely way. Plumber was courteous, communicated clearly, and was technically proficient. I typically do my own plumbing work and may be out of touch with the market rate for plumbing work. I thought $500 for 25 minutes of work that required minimal or no replacement parts was expensive. They quoted the price after initial inspection and I may have just been lucky that it ended up being a simple and quick fix. Another customer who paid the same flat fee may get a good deal if the solution was more involved.

Rick was really friendly when doing the quote and work. Pricing was higher than anticipated and disposal replacement had to be added last minute, so the price ended up even higher. Getting the financing set up was a little stressful, but the work got done and that is a relief. Good quality product from what I can see. A fair amount of flexibility when it came to scheduling.
