All went well. It was more than I could take care of. And, the drain was open. Old 1923 house, old laundry tubs and I guess a lot of build up, that it needed a little power snake and jets.

Homeworks used a part that is sold on Amazon for @$150, irrigation relief valve, which is supposed to keep a frozen irrigation line from backing up and flooding your home! That is exactly what ours did! Backed up into the house and caused thousands of dollars in water damage. The owner/manager(?Andy) Said he owes us nothing unless we want the valve replaced! And if we want to complain about the design, to contact the manufacturer. They suck you in with a 20% discount, and their home service for $10/a month that gives you a 20% discount so you just move forward with their plumber who is standing in front of you, at this point! DO NOT work with them, we were charged $895 by them; and then $2500 deductible for insurance repair and water repair/drying, etc! And ANDY at Homeworks has nothing to say but **our customers are important**, but no we will not offer you anything but **we will replace the valve**?! I do not want them doing any more work on my property. Even the plumber, Jeff K said, when he came out AFTER the initial damage, **looks like the valve failed**?!! But ANDY the manager/owner did not agree! Do not spend any money with them! They are scammers, and did not offer us a product that protects BOTH OUR/YOUR home and owner? But one that causes damages in the thousands! Stand behind your products, ANDY!

The industry of "on-demand" water and boiler units is continually evolving, so don't hesitate to be sure that ANY installer you might choose is going to be easily reachable and willing to come back as often as necessary to get the settings set up properly for your installation. The unit I had installed was upgraded from the one they'd been putting in the previous year and used a slightly different "jumper" setup on the control panel that required a couple of extra visits to get just right, and I had no problems at all getting them out to get it setup properly.

They came the next day and on time. Repaired the toilet in a timely manner. The charge seems very high compared to previous plumbing services.

They were professional and did the job right

I had no issue with Adam, the plumber who came to my house. He was professional and courteous and clearly stated my options. My issue is that there did not need to be a service call at all. I clearly explained that I had a cold water supply line leak between the valve and faucet. What I did not know is that those lines are no longer replaceable in a kitchen faucet. If I was told this information before hand, I would have never scheduled the appointment. I am now out $89 for the service call, thanks a lot! The options provided were extremely expensive, with the cheapest faucet and installation coming in over $600! Since the service call 3 hours ago, I went to Home Depot, purchased a new faucet and installed it myself in less than 90 minutes. Total cost? $250 and my time.
