We had a really bad experience with them. They gave an estimate to us with what they were going to do and how much it would cost but they showed up and did work that we did not ask for. For example they went out to the garage and did some work that we had not asked for, and just did the work without asking us. They also charged more than the estimate. They also did not finish the work that we had asked for either. The did not get back to us right away and ignored many of the emails we sent them about the work.

Completely satisfied with the work and the people that completed it. Fast, friendly, efficient, customer oriented. They finished in a short time. Neat and clean when completed. I have since called them to do some other proects in January.

The quality of the work was good. Our only concern was that the son played right wing talk radio very loudly on a boombox while he worked, then at one time went out on the street and prayed on his knees behind their van. This was not professional. They identified some other electrical issues that needed repair, and we scheduled a second visit. This was cancelled due to another job, then his being sick, and then we never heard back from him. We finally talked to him and he said again that he had other jobs that had come up but he could schedule something in a week or so. We declined to have them return.

It went great !! Sheldon was extremely professional, was very prompt, took the time to explain everything that he was doing and why it needed to be done. Worked at a steady pace all day, was very very clean with his work. He made sure he cleaned up everywhere he went. I felt very comfortable working with Sheldon and I have even scheduled him to do some work at my primary residence which he is doing later this month. Sheldon is now my electrician for life. Great guy and easy to work with, I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for some reasonably priced electrical work that you can trust is being done correctly. Most importantly, Sheldon made sure he stayed within my budget when discussion options for the repairs.

Over all it went very well. Do be very specific on what you want done or not done. He brings his apprentice who is his sone...he does a fine job too under his father's supervision. They know electrical work. They did an OK clean up job. We'd gladly hire them again.

Sheldon was very prompt in quoting the job and worked well with the other contractors on the job.
