Absolutely amazing customer service and professionalism

Great service. Friendly, professional crew and they did a great job. Got the estimate and the work was scheduled and done within a week.

This is the 3rd time we have used Details & Dixon. Each time the crew (s) were professional, efficient, courteous, and told us what and how they were going to perform the service. The 1st 2 times were for window cleaning and dryer duct cleaning. The latest was for house washing by Tate and Dylan. Each crew was very customer service oriented and it seemed they tried to outdo each other in the customer service department. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Windows are sparkling and shinning like never before. Workers did an excellent job, problem solved where needed in older windows and had good team workmanship.

We had a very good experience with Dixon’s last week. They let us know exactly when they would arrive. The team of two young men came and immediately went to work. Despite some bad weather in the middle of the day, they completed the work efficiently, and left us with no mess to clean up.

Scheduling and set-up were easy, the crew arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and thoroughly, the invoice matched the estimate to the penny, and my windows look better than they have in the entire three years I have lived here. I was in a zoom meeting for my job when the crew arrived, and they worked quietly and respectfully so I could complete meeting as planned. Wonderful service from Brendan and company!!

Excellent window cleaning even with difficult old windows that resist being taken apart

Very pleased with the window cleaning that was done on Tuesday. Very professional and pleasant staff.

I had serious ice dam problems following 18 inches of snow, although I wasn’t in an emergency situation (no leaks had started). Dixon’s got me on their schedule within two days and the crew arrived promptly. The crew leader communicated well and we agreed on which areas needed their attention. It took them 6 hours to remove the ice dams from 3 large areas. Very happy with the roof now. There is a lot of residual ice in the yard/on the ground, but I think that’s inevitable with this type of work. Ice melt is helping to clear the sidewalk. Overall, I have a lot more peace of mind knowing my roof is not in danger.

Tate and Anthony arrived on time and went right to work. They were efficient, friendly, professional and tidy. They were done in an hour. Have used Dixon’s for this service for a number of years and have recommended them to multiple friends and family. Plus the folks at the office and on the phone are also very friendly and professional.

The roof is translucent polycarbonate, and was quite dirty after years of weather and "tree stuff". Dixon used a "soft scrub" process to clean it. It hasn't looked this good in a decade, and the light in the room is so much brighter.

Matthew and Travis came out to do the work and they did an amazing job! They were attentive to detail, professional, and didn’t miss a thing! It wasn’t the cheapest estimate I have had for window cleaning, but it was completely worth it! I will definitely hire them again, and I hope I can get Matthew and Travis to come back out when we hire Dixons again!

good, they needed to reschedule because the rain came, but were very prompt in doing so. Good communication.

I am never disappointed by this company. Every year I have them preform services for me and every time it is a different crew. It does not matter what crew they send; the work is to perfection. All grease and oil stains removed from the garage. The small spaces between the decking that accumulate dirt is removed. The windows are so nice I forget I have glass in place. I never go wrong with Dixon's!

Our windows were washed inside and outside, as were the screens. tracks and jambs. The workers showed up on time and were professional, efficient, and careful. The end result was beautiful clean windows that we can now see through properly. I thought it was a great value for 2 workers cleaning all aspects of the windows for 2 hours.

Brian & Nick arrived on time with a head’s up call 5 minutes before their arrival. They went right to work, were efficient and thorough and pleasant. They were done within a reasonable amount of time. Have used this service from Dixon’s for multiple years and have recommend the company to friends and family.
