It went very good They were not very expensive.

They got out their ladder and looked at the gutters. Said they were clean and did not require cleaning. Said they would notify the office not to bill me for that service. Very happy with the honest assessment. The windows were outstanding. I have looked at these dirty windows since moving in a year ago. Absolutely thrilled with their work.

They were supposed to call before arrival, and didn't. They showed up 3 hours before scheduled. It was a bit unnerving to hear workers on my roof long before scheduled. They claimed that the 2-story downspouts can be cleaned out with a blower -- maybe this is true, but in all the years of homeownership I have had, I have not heard of this. Usually garden hoses are used to ensure the downspouts are clear. And finally, they sent an email link to their own review, and when I filled it out I got this message: "Please review the error(s) below. 1. Update Opportunity - The content of elements must consist of well-formed character data or markup." I have no idea what this means, but it did mean that I couldn't submit the review to them.

Sam and Jason arrived on time and immediately started to work. Sam did the power washing so was outside. Jason started work on the inside windows and was very personable. After done, they found some spots and cleaned a couple windows again. Very thorough and professional job from these young guys. Will definitely use them again.

This is my 3rd year of using Dixon's for spring and fall window cleaning of my outside 2nd floor windows. I no longer feel safe climbing up ladders and they have been a tremendous help. The service people are always prompt, courteous and professional. Setting up appointments is easy and the communication is great. The price for this service is reasonable. I will definitely be calling Dixon's again in the fall for my window cleaning.

Chad and Greg did a great job. They had a machine malfunction and could have easily rescheduled the job but instead returned to the shop and got another machine and returned to finish the job. Very personable and professional.

Accidental mishap which was taken care of to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the results. Globe was cracked previously and when Chad went to remove it, it broke. All the rest of the globes were cleaned to my satisfaction. I ordered a new globe on line and when it came Chad returned and replaced it. I was reimbursed for my cost. Everyone I talked to in the office was very pleasant and accommodating. I plan on using this company again.

The team arrived on time and set about cleaning the windows in a very efficient manner. My home has a lot of small windows—the team from Dixon just cleaned them without comment. I had a different company that complained about the number of windows.

This is an update to a previous review done a few days before this. Told Dixson's that we had a concern about the work specified in the estimate to clean our gutters, and the work that had been done. We were originally given a price quote about double the standard cost because our gutters have cover grates that would have to be loosened to clean the gutters. The crew that had come out opened the grates over the downspouts and used leaf blowers from the roof to clean the gutters. They had not opened all the grates to clean. Dixon's got back in touch with us and apologized for a couple of snaf foos with the job. Crew was out on Saturday to do the work, we got a notice that next Tuesday that the crew would be out on Wednesday. A bit of left hand, right hand issues. Also took another look at the size of the job and the relatively small amount of work that was really required (given the small number of feet of gutters) and offered to reduce the amount billed for the service. It was an agreeable amount and accepted the new billing and thanked them for contacting us and working things out. This changes our overall rating of their company to an "A". They got back to us quickly and were very willing to 'make it right' so that we were a happy customer. Accomplished.

They are prompt, skilled and clean up the leaves. I use them Spring and Fall and will continue to use them!

Quick and easy. Had a completely plugged downspout that was causing the gutter to flood. Laura got us set up for service quickly. I was called before the technician's arrival and the crew was on time, polite and professional. The problem was quickly resolved and crisis averted.
