Description of Work: The gutter folks came out and installed the two gutter cover we asked them to, but they didn't think they had to clean out all the gutters on the house, until my wife showed them the print out of the deal we signed up for. Other than that detail it was fine.

Description of Work: The contract was to wash out ALL the gutters and install a type of gutter helmet on the gutters that were chosen. They were nice and I did email them a few times because it was getting to the COLD season and they postponed the installation once or twice. When they come the gutters were frozed and they just used rubber hammers to hit the gutters and break up the ice and debris that were frozen in the gutters. The two men came and only cleaned out the 40' of gutters that they installed the gutter guards on NOT all of the gutters. This is probably best because they left rubber marks from the rubber hammers on the trim of our house where they installed the guards. I understand this was cold weather but it was only partially completed in my mind and like I said there are rubber "hit" marks on my trim every 3-4 in where they popped up from under the gutters to loosen the ice and debris. The contract clearly stated they were to flush out ALL the gutters. Also, we will have to paint the trim to cover the rubber hammer marks. They were very nice, tho......

Description of Work: They installed gutter covers. It went pretty well. They were late by approximately 1.5 hours. But made up for it in great service/installation.

Description of Work: Every touch point was excellent, from the sales person (who helped me install a problem window screen when he saw I was struggling!), to the office people, to the people who installed the de-icing system and the gutter covers. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

Description of Work: The windows and screens were beautifully clean and the staff were friendly and worked hard. Minor complaint that they didn't replace 3 screens, so I had to replace them after they'd gone. Not a big deal, minor mistake. They were great to come at the last minute and did a very nice job. May have been a bit high priced, but they had time available last minute, so I was happy.

Description of Work: I have used this company twice now and will use again. My windows were cleaned inside and out. Sills and screens cleaned as well. Very satisfied.
