Description of Work: Dixon Home Services were responsive, professional, and prompt. They installed heating cables on the roof to prevent ice dams. They explained the options with the control switch and provided a written estimate. They came on time, filed the appropriate paperwork for a permit with the city, and the installation went smoothly.

This customer went with a hard wired option which requires some additional electrical work to provide a switch to turn the cables on and off. Description of Work: I scheduled Dixon's to power wash my exterior siding and wash the exterior windows. The team of two did and amazing job. So clean. It had been 5 years since the last cleaning. I was so impressed I scheduled them to power wash the siding and clean the interior and exterior windows at my mom's house on August 31, 2015 for $353. We were getting my mom's house ready to put on the market. Again they did a amazing job...so clean. Very friendly and courteous staff. I recommend to do this to your house every 3 years. |
