Description of Work: I love clean windows! Dixon's cleaned my windows in and out and screens too. I bought a deal last September and was hoping to have my windows cleaned after we completed some construction. The construction started two months later than expected and took twice as long to finish. I called Dixon's when the construction delays started. They were very kind and said they could clean into December as long as temps and weather permitted. They also said my deal did not expire. YAY! So I finally had my windows cleaned this week. Wayne and Alex were fantastic!! They were punctual, super friendly and incredibly fast! When they ran into a snag due to a security system blocking three windows they cleaned my glass shower to make up for it. They are awesome!! Thank you Wayne and Alex!!

Description of Work: Cleaned my gutters. They cancelled 3 times because of weather. I was not at home when they did the work. I have no idea what they did. They did not leave any messages for me after doing the work. No report at all. All I got was a bill

Thank you for leaving this review and providing feedback. Indeed, we did need to reschedule your cleaning a number of times due to poor weather. Our absolutely first priority is the safety of our team members, followed by the safety of the homeowners property. For gutter cleaning we are either walking on a roof, or using a ladder, both of which put us at the mercy of the weather. Any company that sends their employees out in weather that creates unsafe work conditions isn't going to be able to keep quality employees. With our new customer management process, you would receive an email notifying you that the work was complete and making sure you are completely satisfied. We are sorry you only received an invoice upon the completion of the work. That is no longer part of our standard process.

Unfortunately it sounds like we didn't delight you with our punctuality - this is probably the hardest part of our business. Our teams provide service to multiple homes and businesses each day. Sometimes they get stuck in traffic, or encounter unexpected challenges at a job site that cause delays in the schedule. We do always try and communicate any delays in our schedules to keep customers updated. Our vans are equipped with GPS units so at any time a customer who has an appointment can call us and ask for an updated ETA we can generally provide that information upon request. Our teams also call the next customer when they have finished their previous job to let them know they are on their way.

Description of Work: Hired them to clean Windows. Set up appointment with owner, confirmed it, waited for them to arrive on designated day, but they were a no-show. Called the owner who said he had no such appointment and no recollection of our conversation. Had to re-schedule and waited another 2 weeks. |The actual window cleaners were awesome! Very prompt, professional, quick, and did a great job!

We manage 9 teams every day across the metro and we recognize that during the busy times things can get missed. Since your appointment last fall, we have implemented a much more robust customer management system to eliminate any issues regarding confusion around appointment times. Each client receives a reminder via email two days prior to their scheduled appointment and we also send out appointment confirmations. No system is perfect, but we are working hard to eliminate the type of communication breakdowns you experienced. Thanks again!

Members should know that you do receive an estimate via email prior to service. While we know we are not the rock bottom, cheapest window cleaners in the twin cities market, we do know we are the highest quality service provider with competitive pricing. Members should always make sure the window cleaner they select carries all of the appropriate insurance (workers compensation, liability insurance, etc) before they allow the person or company to do work on their property. Description of Work: Didn't show at the time of the original appointment; I had to call to find out where they were. Had to reschedule for the next day. Came later in the day when sundown would limit the time they could work safely. As you can guess, the job took longer than they expected resulting in them working in total darkness.
