They were on time, careful and friendly. They came with 4 workers and completed the job in less than 2 hours. We are very satisfied and will definitely use them again in the future.

Since they came highly recommended from Angies List I trusted their service. They did the inside windows several day before the outside because of weather. When their men showed up to do the outside. I didn't pay much attendtion since I was prepairing a meal and attempting to eat. They rang the doorbell six times. One man came in to do windows they'd forgotten the first time. ( they never did do 6 windows also from the frist time that they were going to reach from the outside. They informed me they had ripped a screen..saying they were old screens. Well the screens are maybe 15 years old. As it turned out they ripped all three screens in one room. One screen is so damaged you could get a tennis ball through the hole. On the windows they used too much soap. The windows are cloudy, several with streaks running down. Many widows are not close to clean, eight completely forgotten, The one man was rude saying the screens were old. He insisted on being paid even though we were trying to eat dinner I had to stop and write a check. It was understood that Dixons would bill be. In hind sight I can see why they insisted on being paid. The needless damage they did to the screens and my foggy runny windows I would never hire Dixon's Home Sevices again. They didn't give me my Angie's List Discount either. I can't believe they are so highly rated. This is the first time I used Angies List. I will have to hire window washers to get the soap and dirt and the missed windows.

It was an excellent experience, and after hiring Dixons, I will never wash my own windows again! The windows were very dirty, not having been cleaned in (gulp) a couple of years. The crew showed up, were very professional and friendly and were out in a few hours. I will definately use Dixon's again.

I found Dixon's on Angie's List last week and have been meaning to find a window cleaner for my very large house, but I finally contacted a few highly rated providers and Dixon's won the job. I contacted Ed on Thursday and told that I I needed the windows cleaned and he was out to my house within two or three hours for a bid. He was very pleasant, prompt and have a nice sales presentation of the services and it sounded good, but then 99% of them always do. The bottom line, they completed the job this afternoon and all I can say is WOW! My house has nothing but windows and I should have had them washed earlier, but it was long overdue. Ed said the crew would be at the house between 8 and 9 am and they arrived at 8:50 and started working right away. Two young guys that knew what they were doing started off with inside windows and tackled one window at a time and I could tell they did NOT take any short cuts. One by one, the screens came out and they washed the windows. Then they brought their ladders and climbed up and proceeded to wash the outside windows. Everything absolutely shines and the job exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely, positively hire them again and have them com out again next spring and repeat the entire job, as it is such a joy to have clean windows. They also did an excellent job in cleaning the window sills and screens. Their bid was very, very fair and I felt like it was well worth the money. This job would have taken me days to do by myself and I thankfully I did not have climb up on the tall ladder. I also asked Ed for a copy of their liability insurance and workers comp insurance and he produced a copy for my benefit, which I appreciated. Very professional from start to finish. They were very conscious about removing their shoes each time then entered the home and it was also very much appreciated and a sign of professionals. The only smal issue I had was in the sun room, where I have lots of wicker furniture and it had to be moved to clean the windows and one of the team members "dragged" the chair acorss the hardwood floors and thankfully it did NOT scratch the floor at all. I unfortunately had a different cleaning crew that did something very similar another time and there was a deep scratch due to "dragging" the furniture on the hardwood floors. I politely requested these items be picked up and moved by hand and he of course then proceeded to pick up each one by hand to avoid any possible scratching. Again, thankfully there was no damage, but I was concerned at first when I saw this happen, but a happy ending. . Overall, it was an great experience and I would give them very high marks and I would not hesitate in hriring them again.

The team was on time, fast and professional, we were the last client for the day so two more guys showed up during the visit and completed even earlier.

Service was great. Two servicemen arrived promptly for the job. We quickly reviewed what I wanted done, and they began to work. Very professional workmen, took their shoes off at the door. I was pleased with how clean the windows, sills and jams were when the project was complete. I would recommend this company and will have them back next spring to clean my windows again.

They made an appt for the estimate and were ready to do the work if the estimate was agreeable. A crew of 3 arrived on time, did an excellent job. We will definitely use them next time.

I called to ask for an estimate and they were out within a couple of hours and put the estimate in the mailbox. We had called 2 other services and it was going to be a couple of days before they could even provide an estimate. We called back the next day and they were able to get to our windows within just a couple of days. The receptionist was very professional and thorough over the phone in explaining what to expect and provided a confirmation call the day before and when they were on their way to our house. They gave a time window of one hour and arrived shortly after the call to let us know they were on their way. The crew of 3 guys was very professional and efficient. They did the entire job quickly and the crew chief walked me around the house and pointed out the areas they were having difficulty getting clean. When I asked about a couple spots, they quickly got to them and cleaned them up. We had just a couple screen doors that weren't included in the estimate, but they wiped them down for me when I asked. They did a great job and we will definitely use them again. Well worth the money spent.

Excellent!!! Amazing quality for an unbelievable price. We have a ton of large windows and they did a terrific job, especially on such short notice. I will definitely use them again every spring - my windows have never looked so clean. A++++

Ice removal was very professional. I had an automatic roof deicing system placed which went very smoothly untill the need came for the electricity hook up. The hook up was done by another company. I was origionally told by Dixon's that my fuse box was adequate. The electrician immediatly told me when he saw the box that it would be inadequate. This added significantly to the expense. It took several days more to get a new estimate since the owner of the electricians shop was out of town and he was also unfamiliar with the pecularities of my city's inspection requirements. FYI

They did a really fine job and were very pleasant to have around, they followed up right away with the estimate, and came on the day I asked them to.

Team was clean, professional, speedy, and very respectful of the house and homeowner. The team was a few minutes late getting here, and it might have been nice to receive a call letting me know that they were going to be late. But no doubt, will use them again.

They were working on my neighbor's house, so I asked them for a bid. They did so immediately, and included a discount when I mentioned Angie's List. They happened to have an opening in their schedule that day, so they did the windows that day! They did an excellent job, and were quick, professional, and neat. A great job!

They were cleaning my neighbors gutters, so I asked them for a bid. They provided one, and due to an opening in their schedule, were able to clean the gutters right then & there. They were friendly, professional, and neat. I also had them clean all my windows. Great job!

It went fine. They got the work done very fast and efficiently. The pricing was very reasonably priced. They were good, very nice and it was an overall positive experience.

Dixon's has cleaned our windows for several years, and we've always been very satisfied. They're courteous, thorough (even cleaned a couple of gutter corners), prompt, efficient, reasonably priced and do a great job.

I really like them. I think they are affordable and quick and clean. This time they had to do some extra work and got the job done well. They are easy to work with and call and remind me as to when they recommend I have my windows cleaned, they are very nice people.

I OBTAINED THREE ESTIMATES ON THIS JOB. DIXON'S WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE THREE. I WENT WITH THEM LARGELY BECAUSE THEY HANDLED MY REQUEST PROFESSIONALLY AND WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE ESTIMATE AND THE JOB QUICKLY. (THE LOWEST OF THE THREE BIDS WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SIX WEEKS!) THE CREW OF THREE WORKERS WAS COURTEOUS, PROMPT AND DID A FINE JOB.

BOB & ATILLA DID AN EXCELLENT JOB! THEY EVEN CLEANED SOME GUTTER CORNERS WHILE ON THE LADDER. WERE HERE AT SCHEDULED TIME, WERE COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND LEFT OUR WINDOWS SPARKLING! A+
