It went great. The windows look wonderful and the provider was polite, on time and professional.

The service was good. Repair person came out as planned and did a good job. The arranging of the service wasn't as good. It took a few phone calls and it seemed unorganized. Overall, experience was okay.

Arrived punctually. Worked quickly. No complaints about quality. They were done and gone so quickly I didn't think to ask how to maintain the product.

They two men from Dixon's just left our home. They did a great job! I absolutely love to have clean windows, but I am horrible at the job myself. A few of the screens could have been dusted better, but that is something that I am able to do, so no worries. A tip for Dixon's: Swiffer dusters work really well to dust window screens. The two men that showed up were very quick and professional. It was also nice "going local." Dixon's is very near our home, so I drive by it all of the time, but I still checked them out on Angie's List. The only sad thing is that it is a cloudy day and I would love to see how clean and sparkly they look with the sun shining in!

called to make an appointment. I had more windows that what the deal was for. called and spoke with dixons about the additional charge. they had an estimate to me the next day. it was very reasonable. used them the past 2 years - always punctual and very professional. couldn't be happier.

Called to see if they had any availability on the date and time that worked best for me and they fit me right in. They arrived right on time and were very courteous... They explained what they would be doing and finished in the time they told me when I made the appointment. My kids were even amazed at how clean the windows were :). I would definitely use them again. It was so nice to have our windows cleaned!! Thank you!!

The two men arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled time, ready to work. They even had their own water (they thought since I had asked them not to do the insides, that I wouldn't be home and they wouldn't have access to water). The "team leader" and I went over the scope of work, after which he said it would be completed in about 45 minutes. They cleaned quickly and efficiently, without damaging any of the screens. I only had to have them re-wash one window. The team leader kept spouting off reasons why this happened, but I didn't care why -- for cryin' out loud, things like that are gonna happen and I didn't blame him or his partner one bit. However, it did show me how much pride he took in his work. The window was cleaned to my satisfaction (as were all of them). They were finished in about 50 minutes. Only "complaint" I had was that he surprised me with a bill for the tax, which was not clearly indicated on the big deal coupon. Excellent job, and I will be using their services again.

I hired them because of a special deal on Angie's list, planning to do just a few windows. They looked at my house and sent a contract by email proposing they do all the windows, which I accepted since it was a reasonable price. Four young men came to do the work so it went very quickly. They wore shoe covers indoors and were very polite. One had to climb the roof to clean a skylight, and they had to move some ivy out of the way on the 2nd floor windows. I could not have been more pleased, and I love my bright shiny windows.

Everything went as hoped for.

Very nice, very knowledgeable and professional. Dixon responded immediately and we set up an appointment. He explained the gutter system to me and the colors available. We set up an appointment to have them installed on the 2nd story of the house. They showed up on time, explained what they were going to do, got right to work, and cleaned everything before they left. The gutter system is working great. I would use them again.

They sent me an e-mail in advance to let me know when they were arriving. They arrived on time and told me what they were going to do. The two men started at approx. 8:45 am and completed about 10:oo am. They both were courtious and very efficient and fast. They never made any mess and were in and out quickly. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future. (AAA+)

It went really well. They were fair. They added to the price because we had more windows than the Big Deal was for but it was reasonable.

great job done by the cleaners: nice guys, efficient, etc. no problem as the job was well done scheduling required several calls from me - probably due to the positive response to their special didn't like that the special really was a price quoted per window pane. so each of my windows counted as 2 windows per the fine print on their offer. required a guy to come out and give an estimate for the remaining cost i'm not positive that the end price was really a special but it was fair and the windows and screens are clean

They did a very nice job. The windows, screens, and window sills were all well cleaned. They came timely, provided the services efficiently, and were very friendly. They were also very accommodating in scheduling, changing dates and times very smoothly when I requested it. I would use them again.

We used them through a big deal on Angie's List. It went really well. They did a good job and showed up on time. They were very courteous and very professional. With regard to responsiveness, they just were too busy to come out when we had originally wanted it scheduled, so they postponed it for about a week and a half, but they still did give us the price that was quoted, so that was good.

They did a great job washing our windows, cleaning window sill, tracks, and frames. They were very professional. My only concern is that the "Big Deal" covered 24 panes of glass, and you reach that number very quickly. We were informed ahead of time, so I have no complaint, but $45 was added to the initial cost of $129 to make the total $174. This is more expensive than I've paid in the past for the same number of windows.
