He arrived and got right to work cleaning the gutters after that he cleaned the derby from the gutters off the driveway. Next he wasted no time and started cleaning the windows. He was done in no time and I had clean gutters and sparkling clean windows. The cost was very reasonable and I would definitely hire Dixon's again.

Great experience, the guys who showed up made quick work of cleaning out two seasons worth of leaves, debris, and baby trees from my gutters. There were an hour early which took me off guard, but they were efficient and tidy.

No one called to tell us that it was too cold to wash the windows on the day we were scheduled or prior to the day we were scheduled. No one warned us that if it were below 40 degrees it would not be possible to clean the windows. On the day we were scheduled the two workers arrived on time, however they explained that they could try to wash the storms but because the temperature was less than 40 degrees, the windows might and probably would drip and streak. They did offer to try one out but I declined and they agreed that just because one may not drip and streak didn't guarantee that others wouldn't. They handled themselves well, were very apologetic but also said that they were doing a window count because they were pretty sure the estimate was off. They assured us that if we wanted to reschedule for when it warmed up they would charge us the original estimate. No one from the office ever called us!!! No one followed up. No apology, nothing. Haven't heard a word from the company. It is my impression that this business is VERY poorly run. I would have given them an "F" if it weren't for how well the worker who was scheduled to wash the windows handled himself and the situation.

Fantastic. Great job, personable, punctual and so worth the money which was reasonable! The only downfall is that they did such a good job that birds keep hitting my windows now! They are that clean.

Crew was timely and quiet for the 8am appointment. I had 27 clean windows within an hour.
