I was very happy with the work done to clean all windows and screens, inside and outside. Someone from the company came out soon after I purchased the big deal to verify that I didn't have more panes than qualified for the deal - I didn't. They also gave me a quote on powerwashing one side of our house where we had mold growing. I waited quite a long time to use the deal because we had other work done outside that I knew would get the windows dirty. When I did call to make the appointment they were able to schedule me very quickly. They were very prompt in keeping the appointment and they did an excellent job. I did choose to pay extra to get the power washing done - but felt it was still a good deal because the amount was for one hour of time - they just kept washing around the house until the hour was up. My only small complaint was that one of our screens got ripped and they didn't tell me about it. I discovered it on my own. When I called the company and told them, they came out very quickly and took the screen to repair it. I haven't gotten the screen back - but I knew it could take a while and told them I didn't really need it until spring anyway.

Mark, the owner of Dixons, came to my home to furnish an estimate to install a roof deicing system. I later added gutter covers to the job. Mark was very helpful and friendly and was patient to answer all my questions. Employee, Chris did the cable/gutter cover installation. He did a great job and worked from the time he arrived until dark. He worked diligently and professionally. I was very happy to hire a company that does what they say they will do when they say they will do it. My only comment is that the subcontracted electrician did not clean up after himself when he installed the wiring to operate the cable system. Otherwise, this is a great company to work with.

It worked out good. They were good. And there was an extra charge because I had more windows, probably about nine extra windows. It worked out pretty good. It was pretty prompt and it was very fast.

Service provider gave an estimate on cost of total work, including that not covered by the big deal, and it was more than I was prepared to pay at this time. They were helpful and friendly though.

I purchased a big deal for 40 ft of gutter covers for $299.00. I received a prompt reply to my scheduling request. The company came out and measured my house and garage. I needed another 23 ft to complete the gutter covers for the house for a total of 63 ft. for an additional $241.50. The garage would have been an additional 40 ft. @ ~$10.50/ft. I elected to just complete the house at this time. They scheduled a day to do it the following week and showed up promptly as scheduled, completed the work in 75 minutes. The cleaned the gutters and downspouts, installed the gutter covers and even secured the extensions on the downspouts for me with a couple of screws as a favor when I asked them to. The two young men who did the work were polite and professional and cleaned up thoroughly after they completed the job. I was totally satisfied, felt I got a great price and would use them again.

They cleaned all windows inside and out, plus jambs and screens. Only one worker came, as his helper was sick, but he was a crackerjack. He worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently, and was finished in less than 3 hours - and I have a lot of windows. Excellent job!

Had most of the windows in my home done. They were about 2 hours late, but called to let me know. Two guys worked very fast. They did a good job. I did notice some marks on windows after they left, but over all they looked really nice. We did feel the wording of their special was somewhat misleading as we ended up paying twice the cost to get done what we wanted

They came out to clean gutters and install gutter covers but could not do this safely given that I have a slate roof.

The service worker was on time and did exactly what was on the original agreement. Very friendly and respectful to us, moved what he needed to move and was fast and efficient. The windows are spotless and we could not be happier.

Started on the 15th got rained out 1/2 way through and completed the next day it didn't rain. Consulted me before leaving the first time to get my permission to stop because of rain. When the returned they cleaned out all gutters that hadn't been covered on the first trip. Pleasant, honest, thoughtful workers. Did a very good job. Nice doing business with them.

The windows were very dirty and looked great after the work was done! The two man crew was pleasant, efficient and considerate of my home.

Dixon's was great to work with, from beginning contact to giving an estimate and to the end result of a job well done. The crew was professional and friendly, and did an amazing job. The exterior of my (very large) house now looks immaculate, and all my (many many) windows are virtually spotless. I'm very impressed and pleased with the service, and will not hesitate to call them again and to recommend them without reservation.

They were really good; they did a great job and I was really happy with them. It was a good experience. I paid more than the Big Deal amount because I had a lot more windows. They were on time, clean, and very polite. It was not cheap but they did a lot of work; it was a good value for what they actually did.

I was out of the state when the work was done, but my girlfriend was available to let them into the house to do the work. She said it was total chaos in how much had to be moved and removed (not a bad thing by any means), but the windows were spotless when the job was complete. My only concern was the cost, particularly after buying an Angie's List coupon for a discounted service.

The cleaning was good - most windows looked sparkly. Did not move furniture or curtains back after cleaning. Light downstairs was left on. Very friendly, nice workers.

Everything was done very quickly, including the quoting. I liked the gentlemen that I spoke with, and everyone was very laid back. The work was done well and quickly (no flooding in my basement anymore). I would definitely use them again.

It went great. They were busy when we first contacted them, but they got back to us with a firm date and kept to it. They knew exactly the scope of what they were doing, quoted it appropriately and gave us the Angie's List discount they were running at the time. The work started right on time, and they finished the same day. Time will tell whether or not their work will keep my gutters free of detritus and save me from the ice dams I've suffered (as a result of clogged gutters) for the past few winters. But I am extremely confident that this will make a huge difference. If nothing else, I won't have to worry about climbing on my steep roof over a 30' drop to get rid of those stubborn spots filled with sticks, acorns and gunk.
