It was very hard to schedule because of all the rain we kept getting, but after each calcellation due to weather, I was rescheduled based on my availability. The two employees did a fabulousjob and were done in a short amount of time. I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat.

Everything went well. DIXON'S HOME SERVICES did an excellent job cleaning my windows, and my gutters should never clog again.

I called Dixon's windows because they advertised a special on Angie's list. The person who handled the call appeared to be put off by my interest in sticking to a small job to stay within the coupon limit. The young man who cleaned our windows was friendly enough, but the overall professionalism of the company was poor. I would not use this service again.

This is the third time we have used them and the service is excellent. They arrived on time and finished the work promptly.

went really well only one little issue. two screens were not reinstalled. thankfully I have a handy husband or they would stay uninstalled.

He worked very hard, and did an excellent job. Was very polite. Used his phone to show us pictures.

They come in and are very efficient. One guy does the screens, anotherthe outside and the last guy does the inside. The service was great. I have used them three years in a row. I plan on using them again this summer.

It went very well and I would consider using them again. The price was a little deceptive because it only covered a small part of the house, so I had to purchase about $1000 more. The Deal rate isn't a flat rate per foot, so you can't really self-estimate what it will cost to do your whole house. C+ on price. The installation and quality are good, and I've had no issues so far. They were also punctual and I had no scheduling issues.

The young guys were prompt, respectful, hardworking. There were some windows that were stuck, and they made gentle, valiant attempt to get them unstuck so they could be cleaned. Some were able to be loosened and some weren't. The whole house went pretty quickly, and even though my windows weren't awful I was amazed at how clean they got. Noticed a few smudges later - nothing big. One window got missed, but didn't note it until days later. It's in a spot not easily noted. I would use them again.

Once again, I can rely on Dixons to clean my gutters or windows to a high standard. Just moved into a new home that had been empty for six months, gutters were clogged and were overflowing during intense rains this week. Dixons called me to let me know they had a client reschedule and could fit me in today!! Their team arrived on time and were very professional and polite.

They arrived on time, cleaned out the various clogs in the gutters and then installed new gutter covers that matched the house paint. They were quick and friendly, and so far I've had no problems. The whole job ended up being a lot more expensive than I had originally envisioned, due to my substantial underestimate of the feet of gutter around the house. The additional footage was charged at $10.50/foot. Hopefully the covers, plus the 10-year no-clog guarantee will make it worth it in the long run.

They were responsive and professional. They provided details as to their warranty and brand name of the cables. They do not go to Home Depot to get cables and then tell me their "vendor" doesn't have any warranty when they go bad in 1 month (previous roofer did that). Time will tell if they are durable, but so far I'm very satisfied.

I bought the big deal. The provider came over to give me an estimate on the rest of the work. I found the estimate to be too much for me at this time.

Dixon's came out and gave an estimate. I had one window more than the Angie's Deal purchased specified, but he did that one for no extra charge. When the window washer arrived he seemed very efficient but it didn't take long to figure out he was just in a very big hurry. I made the comment that he was really hurried, he said his partner wasn't with him that day. I had a specific request to take the windows out when he washed them...otherwise the water puddles around the lock and eventually drips down the glass. After he left I had to call back that afternoon because he didn't do that and sure enough the areas dripped down the glass and he had also missed washing a couple of window sills. With one phone call he and a partner were back out that afternoon and had corrected the problem and at that point I was very happy

They did an excellent job. I felt very comfortable having them in the house. They took off all the screens and did a thorough job inside and out. They were pleasant to work with and reasonably priced.

Did a great job. They were really fast and my windows sparkled when they were done. I will definitely use again.

Two young men from Dixon were here and they did a fine job. They were very neat, took the storms/screens out, washed everything, put it back together and were done within a couple of hours. I will be having them come back this spring! I had this service on an Angie's Special, but I will be happy to pay full price for their work.

Dixon's Home Services kind of screwed up. I remember they didn't come, I called and they didn't had me down. They messed up the appointment but they did get here eventually. I had to call them 3 times. When they got here, they did a fine job. It was kind of a mix-up and it was their mix-up. I think they took some off the price or something because they screwed up. The guy who was coming got caught up and no one ever bothered to call me and I'm sitting here. I thought it was a very fair price. They were fine.

Quality of workmanship appears good. Quality of materials/product appears good. Communicating with the provider was easy and they were professional and friendly over the phone (and email). When I went up on my roof to look at the work that was done I noticed a section of the gutter I'd paid to have covered had not been done. The provider responded immediately when notified and remedied the problem within a day or two, which I was happy about, but I wonder how many home owners get up on their roofs to inspect services performed and what my recourse would have been if I had discovered then a year or more later?

We paid an extra $80 for them to come inside and clean the window frames that had some water damage, they did a nice job here as well. The only B was in professionalism because we received a call saying they were missing our payment (about 6 weeks after the job was finished). We paid same day and I had the check copy, they apologized and said it must have been a clerical mistake. Good reminder to keep proof of payment. They did a nice job and we would use again.
