They are very professional. They come out and put the gutter guards on the home. You can trust them to be at your home. They guaranteed work in past had issues with the gutter in past and they redid it in the past.

I talked with the people who were here and advised that I was concerned with the price. They told me this was the best, and therefore worth it. After I had them installed I talked with another company, which advised me that premier covers are about the cheapest available. And that the price I paid was about twice as much as they would have charged.

It seems to be fine. I don't have anything negative to say, because I wasn't here when they put it up. I needed an extra 10 feet, so I paid a little bit more. They didn't take away the old gutter covers, but they did everything neatly, and everything was cleaned up.

This was excellent work. They worked with my schedule.

They have rescheduled a couple of times because of the weather, but they haven't been able to come out. They charge a Dollar a square foot, which apparently is the going rate. They do the job when we get them here. They get booked up really fast, and you have to wait a few weeks, then the weather gets too cold for them to be able to do the job. It gets too cold for them to be able to climb on ladders. My gutters didn't get cleaned this year, because they are very busy. Their pricing is appropriate.

Good communication with provider. Showed up and did the work on time and cleaned up totally. Since these are new gutter covers, it may be awhile before I can confirm they keep out leaves and debris as needed. But these guys are worth a try.

.Crew of 2 arrived on time and installed screen to my satisfaction. Friendly and professional. We'll see if the screen keeps out the little stems from the ash tree that clog the gutters each spring

Purchased Angie's List deal for $299. Estimator came within a couple days, measured and said we'd have to pay an extra $70 for the additional footage on our gutters (deal was for 40 feet of gutters). Fine by me, so we scheduled cleaning for a couple weeks later. There was some confusion/misunderstanding on that first scheduling, which I didn't really understand, so they were a no-show. Not really a big deal, as I didn't really need to be around. They came out the following week and got everything done.

There were no troubles with scheduling. However, they were unable to provide the service because our roof was set up wrong. They were very nice to work with. They did clean our gutters and roof when they were here. Overall, they were fine.

"clean and flush out ALL gutters and down spouts". Is the very first line of the deal. They claim they will only do the 40 feet that they are putting the covers on. This add is miss leading if not down right fraudulent. Classic bait and switch. Any reasonable person would assume that this was a clean and flush for all gutters. They wanted to charge me another $1 a foot just to clean out the rest of the gutters.

They were very nice and professional, we were just way off on costs.

Received this email from provider: Dawn, I was out to your home today to do an estimate for putting covers on the gutters on the garage. I do not recommend putting our covers on your gutters due to the angle at which the gutters sit. I see the potential for problems with the water not running into the gutter and instead pouring off the top of the cover at the ends. Contact Angie's list for a refund. When they came out they were very honest and let me know that their service would not solve my problem. I appreciated their honesty.

They did a good job and they honored the $120 Deal. They were punctual and were on time and they did a real good job cleaning the windows. There were streaks or snares.

I bought the $299 special for 40 feet of gutters cleaned and covered.. They estimated the job at 70 feet. I had expected to pay for the 30 additional feet and booked the job. Dixon's came out cleaned the gutters, installed the covers, and cleaned up after themselves. No problems. I can see the covers from my second floor. Looks like a nice clean install.

Mark came to give me a free estimate to clean gutters and second floor windows of our 4600 square foot house. He was friendly, very fast to follow up, and in a matter of days two men were here to do the work. Mark then followed up with me to ensure everything went well, then sent a follow up note to thank me once I submitted payment. The work done was excellent, I would use Dixon's again in the future and have recommended the company to neighbors.

After purchasing the Big Deal for 40 feet of gutter covers, someone came out to measure and sent me an estimate for the whole house. I let them know I was only interested in getting covers for the front of the house. They promptly sent a revised estimate for the additional 22 feet. I agreed to the job and we set an appointment for a few days later. They were supposed to arrive between 1 and 2 p.m. When no one came, and I received no notice of a change of plans, I called the office. The man said the workers had called to say "they were a bit behind schedule." However, no one contacted me with that information. The team of two arrived about 2:45 and promptly went to work. They completed the job -- removing and disposing my old flimsy gutter covers, cleaning the gutters and downspouts of debris, and installing and attaching new gutter covers. They were finished in less than 1-1/2 hours, cleaned up everything, and I paid for the additional footage. They were polite, professional and proficient. The gutters look fine, and I recommend them to any one who is interested in this type of work.

Chris was such a pleasant man - very professional and efficient. I so appreciated the way they handled my last-minute call. I will definitely use Dixon's in the future.

It went very well. They are a very professional group. They did exactly what said they said they would do. They did a very good job.

Estimate came in, it went about 6x's over the original Big Deal, it was determined that went over the budget amount. Mom was sad. Refund requested. Absolutely nothing wrong with them, and their prompt response and estimate were greatly appreciated.

I bought an Angie's Big Deal for 40 feet of premium gutter covers to be installed for $299. My gutters measured 56 feet so the total came to be $467, which was fine with me. (The contractor was very upfront with the additional cost.) These gutter covers were to be installed on June 25th, and the contractor confirmed this with me the day before. However, on the scheduled day I received an email saying that the gutter cover distributor didn't have my color (Royal Brown) so that the project needed to be delayed for three weeks, until July 16th. (Shouldn't this have been checked earlier?) On July 15th I received another confirmation, but this time they arrived on time with the gutter covers. The installers were polite, and they cleaned the gutters in addition to installing the covers. However in the process a drain connector between one of the gutters and the downspout broke (it was some type of flexible rubber material and old, so this was no great surprise). But unfortunately they couldn't fix this, since "we're not gutter guys". (I would have happily paid extra.) Wouldn't a little cross-training be useful? They simply installed the gutter covers and left me to fix the connection between the gutter and the downspout myself. I had to buy the appropriate connector at the hardware store, undo the section of gutter cover that they installed, put in the connector and reinstall that section of gutter cover -- a significant hassle for me, but an extra task that should have been simple for a contractor doing gutter cover installations. Thank goodness the gutter wasn't on the second floor! I would hesitate to recommend this contractor in case something goes wrong -- you will likely be left doing the repairs yourself.

Excellent. They were very responsive and professional. They came to my house the day after I contacted them to provide an estimate. They installed the gutter guards two weeks after my commitment. We were not home when the work was done but you could not even tell they were there. I had to get on a ladder to confirm that the work was completed. I would consider using Dixon's for other home services.

They couldn't install covers because there were other gutter issues. They are still going to do other services for me.
