Appreciated that they matched the pricing that I used to receive from Rain Gutter Service. Cleaning itself was disappointing - there was no visible change in the gutters (still filled with leaves). Crew leader thought leaves had fallen overnight - I find it unbelievable that so many leaves fell between the cleaning at 4pm on Thursday to 8am Friday (when we looked) that the gutters would fill up again.

It went well, as always. I've used Dixon's services for several years and their workers are always first rate. They are very professional, personable, efficient and neat, as well. I have a two story home and they work both inside and outside. I have 20 windows, different sizes and shapes, and two young men finished the job in less than 2.5 hours.

They did an excellent job. Had a lot of birds crashing on the top floor windows so lots of marks and bird poo. All came out nicely and I didn't have t do it!! They were quick friendly and thorough

This is an exceptionally good company. Dan and Chad were super friendly, right on time, responsible, and thorough. They removed the mildew, moss, and lichens from a small roof above out front porch. When residual stains remained after the first treatment, they came back and treated again (same morning) with success. They took care to wet down foliage so that it would not get damaged by the bleach solution. This company also installed an ice melting roof cable a few years ago that functions very well and was well-priced--they diligently check it each time they come to clean our gutters. They have a very nice estimate/appointment setting/ appointment reminder software system that generates nice emails regarding service. Note that the low price is in part because the roof they treated is quite small--about 25 square feet, and the gutters required minimal cleaning. But they charged me only a nominal fee to put on an air conditioning cover up on a third floor window unit--totally worth it. When I asked for the estimate I did so through their website. I did not hear back from the company via email, but suddenly a few days later an estimator appeared at my door. So if you hear nothing, I think you can still assume that they will swing by to assess the job and then send an estimate via email. Friendly, trustworthy, reliable.

From the estimate, which was approximately 60% the cost of other gutter cleaning services in our area, to the final conversation after the service was complete, each person I worked with was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, capable, and polite. The initial request for quote received a response within one day, and the service was complete less than two weeks later. The quote for time, labor, etc. was very straightforward, accurate, and fair.

They did not come when they said they would come, they came before I was able to meet them at the house. I was not able to look at the quality of work as they were doing it, or even afterwards, before they left. They messed up our gutter screen, so we had to call them back and ask them to return and address the issue. They charged us a little more than the Big Deal, based on the length of the gutters. They could have communicated better and met me at the appointed time so that I could have dealt with the transaction at the time the service was being performed.

Great! I couldn't believe how much brighter it is in my house now. This is my 3rd year with Dixon and the price was even less than the last time! Fast, thorough and perfect.

Dixon's returned my call to schedule the service in a timely manner. They explained they would send an estimator first since I did not know the exact length of the gutters. After providing me with an estimate we could discuss the extent of the service they would provide based on the special and the cost of cleaning the full length of the gutters. The service cost sounded fair and the service was done efficiently the next afternoon. I would recommend Dixon's.
