Windows look great. Everything from a quick response for a quote to scheduling to performance of service was very professional. Our service team was a couple of very nice guys who did great work and treated our home very respectfully. Very impressed...after using another service for years.

They did the most detailed work and went above and beyond. My balcony wood looks almost new!

I am planning on using them this coming year. I appreciated they were able to come when I wasn't home to do the gutter cleaning.

We weren't home, but the gutters are working well again, no overflow. They left no mess behind.

They did an excellent job. Some of the stains on my deck did not come off but I was informed that the composite material my deck is made of could be damaged by harsh chemicals and we decided not to risk damage. I appreciated the careful concern for the integrity of my deck.

It was ok. They told me that my gutter guards were broken which they removed but left in a pile in the yard. They were an hour late which they called but then I had to cancel plans for later in the evening. I also have no idea what they actually cleaned. I know the gutters were clogged but I have yet to see where that gunk is. I never heard the water running. I just don't know if it was worth the money.

Very well, quick, efficient, respectful of my son still sleeping....started in the other areas of the house.

Dixon's started out as a business and they did beautiful work. I had them out quite a few times. During the recession I didn't have anyone out. I don't know whether the ownership changed or what but the guy came out and did a very marginal job. They just didn't do a really thorough job. When they originally came out they would take down hornets nests in the corner peaks of the house. They may still offer it but I don't know. They weren't overly priced but they weren't low either. They came out right away and were here when they were supposed to be.

Excellent service! Setting up an appointment was easy and just a few days out, even in the busy spring season. Our gutters were very full and downspouts clogged in some places, and they took care of it with no problem.

The two guys did a great job! They arrived on time, were efficient and the quality of the job they did was great!

I was not satisfied. I knew what the price was supposed to be, so they billed me and put in an extra charge for cleaning the screens, which they had to take off in the first place to clean the inside of the window, and that was a surprise and I don't think I should have been charged for that. I paid the bill, but I told them, "You should be more specific in how you phrase what you're going to do for the money you're getting." I think it was only an up charge for $15-$20, somewhere in there. It wasn't so much the money, it was the way they went about it. I might use them again, but I would have to talk to them first. I wrote a note along with what I paid saying I didn't think it was right, you should have informed me going into this matter about this up charge. That itself might make me consider using someone else. They didn't respond.

I could not be more pleased with the work completed, they did an excellent job. The worker was on time and very courteous. I am two stories in the front and three stories in the back and all of the siding looks good as new. Dixon's was far more affordable than other companies and I do not have any complaints. I will definitely use them again when my siding needs to be cleaned and would recommend them to friends and family looking to have their house power washed.

Overall went well...introduced crew upon arrival, went to work right away and did an excellent job on our dirty windows. Not a speck left and they worked very efficiently. A crew of 4 moved swiftly working 2 inside and 2 outside. The only glitch was with one window that they couldn't figure out how to remove the screen from even though they'd been there before. I suggested removing a black plastic strip (which solved it, I think since it was left behind laying on a counter in that room.) Nothing was mentioned about it other than by the crew lead who said to remember next year to tell them that is how to remove the screen. I wish they'd have put it back so I know where it is supposed to go... So, not a perfect score on professionalism.

Wayne and Joshua arrived at the scheduled time. They introduced themselves and confirmed the work I wanted done. They were friendly and professional. They got the work done quickly and the windows look fantastic. Even though I only had the outside done they still sparkle. I have not yet received an invoice but from my previous experience I find the cost to be reasonable.

Prompt, courteous work. Windows sparkling clean. Would hire again.

Perfect. They cleaned up and there was no mess on my property or flowers at all.
