Dixon's reached out to make good on their customer satisfaction. I appreciate that they are coming out ASAP now to clean a gutter that was left undone causing some minor flooding in our garage. Originally I was given a window for sometime in November. When I responded with a no and that I would take by business elsewhere, they reached out to say they would come out this week. Thank you.

Excellent! I've use them and referred them to several friends over several years. Every crew is equally good. The customer service at Dixon's is exemplary. I wish they had a house cleaning service. They make every effort to schedule cleaning at the customer's convenience, call the day of to tell you they are on the way or if they will be delayed. They pay particular attention to the items around the windows to assure there is no damage. Maybe they could set up a customer service business to consult to other companies. A pleasure doing business with them!!!! And my windows are shining!

Rang the doorbell, looked over job, did the job, told me I would receive an invoice via email. Total time: 55 minutes, including remove and replace hardware to access all sides of the patio door glass. It could not have gone better.

Great customer service. There were a couple of windows/screens missed, but they were prompt in coming back to finish the job. They wanted to do the job right and it showed through their concern and professionalism. The young man that showed up both times was an excellent ambassador of the company and would hire the company again based on this. In the future, I would ask that they call upon arrival or to provide an estimated time of arrival.

They arrived late, they did call but not until the time they were supposed to arrive. Very mediocre job. There are streaks on some windows, they completely forgot another one.

they did an awesome job. they worked around painters who were completing the exterior of our house. The windows haven't looked so sparkling in years.

Great job -- they came and gave an estimate within days of our call. They did what they said they would - no streaks, not messes and they were fast! We have two German Shepherds who shed a lot and so there was the added task of removing dog hair from the screens.

Will repeat service when needed 🏃♂️

The first time - OK. The second time - better. Would not hire a third time. The first time, they installed a melting weave on a shed roof and de-icing cables for the gutters. This involved both electrical work and gutter repair. I did not like the way the cables were installed in a downspout, but I didn't know enough to complain. The second time, they installed another cable along another run of guttering. The installer that time was critical of the way the downspout on the first job was done, and he fixed it at no charge to us. A real plus. So now the third time: I wanted to re-route the melt path for the gutter system. This would require adding a bit of gutter, patching the old gutter, and moving some melt cable if the old cable was reusable. Their office sent an estimator who was supposed to call befoe he came but did not. I described the work to him in detail, and he said he would probably have to have his boss come over and have a look. That never happened, and the bid I received by email that evening was impossible low and did not include some of the necessary elements of the job. When I called their office the next day, the office person told me that he was their most experienced estimator (not possible!), that they don't do the gutter repair that was needed (which they had done a previous time), and that I would have to spend $125 to find out if my old cable was reusable (say, what?). In short, my interaction this third time was entirely unsatisfactory and led me to conclude that I would be foolish to work any further with them.

Dan and Jake were very professional and efficient. The windows are beautiful and I am very please with the results. I have used Dixon's in the past and they are my go to for beautiful windows.

Estimate scheduling was easy, quote came promptly. Day of appt. crew showed up tomely but work performed was only mediocre. Although the gutter was cleaner than previously debris remained in gutter.

Great. I was not home when service was done and that was not a problem. Communication was professional and clear and courteous. Scheduling was done with someone at the office instead of an answering service and Ashleigh answered my questions. The day of, I got a courtesy call. My windows look clean. I called Dixon's because of a no show with another window cleaner. This was a no hassle way to do it for a reasonable price.

Great employees....efficient, non-invasive, honest. The place looks like new. I thought the vinyl was fading but it was just dirt. The yellow color is back and the green mold is gone. Landscaping was not harmed.

They came and went right to work. We questioned one area that we thought we had a problem and they rechecked the gutter for us and it worked just fine.

The guys arrived early and introduced themselves. They confirmed the services they were going to provide and their plan for execution. They were polite and respectful and were honest about a couple of places they could not get streaks out. I value and appreciate honesty. The windows are shiny and clean without smugges. Great job!
