It went very well. They were fast and did a good job.

Overall it went well. I did remind them of a few are areas that needed more work. Several of the windows were not locked after cleaning. I would hire them again.

Great! They are very responsive in acknowledging the request for service and keeping me informed of the progress. The worker (s) did a great job of clearing the roof in several sections, and removing the snow that accumulated on the ground and in our driveway. The price is reasonable. I’m so happy to have found a service I can depend on.

They were in and out and did a great job in about 40 minutes!

It went just fine. There were two technicians. The job was accomplished quickly in my opinion and they had the equipment needed to get to my 2nd story (3rd story in the rear). The windows are spotless! Yay!!

It went great! They got me in at the last minute which I really appreciated! They were friendly and courteous throughout the process. Communication was good - received an email indicating probable time of the service and received a call the day of service letting me know they were on their way. They completed the job and left everything cleaned up. (I have an old home with lots of gutters and quite a bit of height.) They also gave me advice on gutter covers which I asked about. I have used them in the past and I have not been disappointed. Give them a try! :)

The whole process went extremely well, from my initial contact through the entire job. I had 46 large windows on 2 stories that hadn't been cleaned for several years and the pollen and grime from the nearby trees was too much for me to handle. At this time, I requested that only the outside be done. The crew was respectful and efficient. They took care and scrubbed and removed the dirt from each window. They now look great! I will be sure to call them again next spring!

Dixon thoroughly clean all my gutters and downspouts. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up the debris under the gutters that they blew out of the gutters. The two men who did the job were very professional and courteous. I will definitely use Dixon again.

Excellent crew, they went to heights (33+ feet) that I was not comfortable getting on a ladder at to clean my clogged gutters. They were responsive to my questions, punctual and did the work as promised. Would definitely hire again!

Bravo! The team that showed up was prompt, professional, courteous, and quick! They cleaned the inside and outside windows and wiped down all the screens. Their price was lower than the other two vendors I checked but their quality was wonderful. Highly recommended!

The team showed up at our door just a little bit before the start time - perfect. The team was friendly and knowledgeable. The team leader explained what they were going to do and they did it. I didn't know that our windows could be so clear. :-) I would easily hire them again.

I have used Dixon’s for gutter and window cleaning for several years. Once before there was an issue with the gutters not being totally cleaned, but they were fantastic and came out to rectify the problem. This year there was an issue with a downspout coming off the gutter after a cleaning. Once again, superb follow up and service. Customers service staff is fabulous and the workers so nice.

Could not have been a better experience from start to finish. Quick and very pleasant scheduling, punctual, friendly, and meticulous team doing the cleaning. We have used Dixon's in the past and will continue to do so.

I used Dixon last year to clean the windows on the outside. They did a great job so called them again. Screw of three came out and took care of my windows inside and out and the jambs. They were in and out within the hour. I will be calling on them again for spring window cleaning.
