Excellent, from initial call until completion of task and payment. Would definitely use again.

The appt time came and went. An hour after the scheduled appt I called their office and all I could get was voicemail. I left a voicemail to say I was expecting them but needed to leave and could leave them garage code if they arrived before I returned. 2.5 hours after scheduled appointment I got a call back from their office only to learn they had it scheduled for YESTERDAY but couldn't get out there as the appointments were taking longer with the snowfall. (1) So they had the appt wrong on their schedule (I know because I never schedule anything on Tuesdays and I actually put it on my calendar at the same time I scheduled it and confirmed with the woman on the phone I had it entered correctly) and (2) They never showed or called me to let me know they were going to miss yesterday's appointment either. When I mentioned it to my husband he reminded me that when they installed the system initially we had a similar experience, we had to call because they never showed up and we had to reschedule but only after we called them to follow up.

Company communication during the entire process was excellent. Dan and his partner were courteous, professional and thorough.

Dixon confirmed my request for gutter cleaning - and promised to come in November. I contacted them mid-month, to request confirmation they were coming - and received confirmation. When I contacted them on Nov 30th they said that the month has been too cold and so they haven't been able to clean gutters. In reality, this has been the 2nd warmest November in MN history. Now I'm completely stuck without option. I'm very frustrated with the experience working with Dixon.

Dixon's provided top-knotch service, from the initial call to their office requesting gutter cleaning services and quote, through the confirmation by the crew as to their time of arrival, and to the actual cleaning of our gutters. Their office staff was friendly and informative, the office and crew promptly notified us of when they would arrive to do the work, and the crew did a great job of cleaning the gutters and cleanup afterward.

The workers were very efficient and friendly. The only reason I gave a B for quality was because they left some drips on the floor.

Workers called me when they arrived on site so that I could direct them to work location as I was not at home. Arrived one hour before scheduled appointment time, but was informed by the office that it may happen. So I was prepared to give them access if I was away. Excellent cleaning of window and screens, but they did leave some dirt on room floor that I had to clean up before putting furniture back in its place.

It went great! Windows looked like they had no glass at all! The gutter cleaning was very thorough.

Wayne and Josh went the extra mile to clean my windows, even returning outside with a ladder to reach the inside of one that was otherwise inaccessible.

One window looked like it had been washed but was never squeegeed dry, so it's full of drip marks. Guess I'll have to wash it myself. Also, we were told there were some bees around the area of a few windows so those weren't washed. I was not aware of any problems with bees prior to this.
