Two men crew (sorry, I don't remember their names now) came out at the exact time of appointment. Both were courteous, friendly and professional. They respected our home by wearing shoe covers inside. They did a fabulous job. We would highly recommend them and would hire them again for future window cleaning.

Prior to putting our house on the market we wanted our house power washed and all windows washed inside and out. I happened to call the first week we had some spring like weather and they were slammed with bookings. Lucky for me they had a canceled appointment and I was able to schedule an appointment within my timeline. Our appointment was scheduled for noon (with an hour leeway) by 2:00pm they had still not showed up or called. I called and spoke with Leah, she immediately jumped on the situation and I got a call from Joshua who apologized for the delay. He showed up shortly after. He was on his own that day due to a his partner calling in sick. Leah called me back and said that they were going to call in some additional help to get our job done. Joshua and his partner were fantastic. Our windows were so clean you couldn't see the glass. We would definitely use Dixon's again even with the delay. We understood that they were slammed due to the much anticipated Spring weather.

Josh and Travis arrived on time, windows look perfect and were done quickly.

Team showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently. The team leader inspected every window that was cleaned and told some of the newer team members that they needed to clean one again or wipe down a sill.

I have only had fantastic experiences with this company! We have been using them for years for our window washing and gutter cleaning. It is hard to find people that you are comfortable having in your home when you are not there and I always feel good about having these folks at my home. They are professional, friendly, reliable, and trustworthy! I receive emails that remind me of the days of scheduled service and the crew always calls when they are on the way to my house and when they leave the house to give me an update on how the job went. We will definitely continue to use Dixon’s home services!

Wayne and Jake were very professional. They call to tell us they were on way (on schedule). They arrived on time and got right to work. They explained what they were doing and were very pleasant. We will use Dixon again

Fantastic experience! They were on time, friendly, quick, thorough, and clean. Will absolutely schedule with Dixon's again. We had 50 window panes cleaned inside and outside for $250.00 on a three level house.

I am so impressed with this company! Dan and Travis did a magnificent job. I love that they are courteous, friendly, dependable, and respectful of my home. Dan stayed in touch with me by phone to let me know the exact time of arrival. I felt so comfortable leaving my house while the guys worked and knew that my request to lock the doors and secure the garage would be done when they left. They had to move furniture and shutters and even my Christmas tree to do the work but when they finished they replaced everything exactly as it had been. They did such a good job and the work spaces were left neat and tidy. I was impressed!
