Excellent customer service. We needed to reschedule several times because of rain. Dixon's was very prompt and courteous.

3 unanswered phone calls, and an estimate to clean 2 small lighting fixtures (chandeliers) and 1 larger unit. I sent pictures of the fixtures and it resulted in an astounding price of $180.00 for the three. A number of emails etc. So, their Sales Prevention Time worked. They have no interest in new customers.

Very pleased with service performed and service representatives. Team work efficiently and were pleasant to deal with.

We have a three story 110 year old house with heavy double hung windows and combination storm windows. Some of the windows required unscrewing moldings to access the windows for washing. This is a major project. Josh and Jake did a great job. The windows are gleaming. They were great to work with.

After cancelling and rescheduling my appointment twice, the tech came out and power washed the balcony decked by only, not the railing or half wall. In doing so, dirt was sprayed on a pillar and house wall. Repeated calls went unanswered. I was finally told the tech wouldn’t be back because of “dog feces”. There were no feces on the deck, but I did have two liter boxes moved to the corner. They issued a partial refund. A poor experience overall and very different from last year’s service with Dixon’s.

Although they were a bit late, we couldn't have asked for better service, making the extra wait definitely worth it.

Wayne and Greg of Dixon's Home Services did a great job of cleaning our home's windows. They happened to be in our neighborhood early and gave us a call to say they could arrive ahead of schedule, which worked out great. We initially forgot to ask them to clean our skylights but they gladly got the needed equipment from their truck and cleaned them in only a few minutes. I found Wayne and Greg to be very professional, friendly, and thorough. When they were finished, our windows were so clean it didn't look like any glass was there. Great job Dixon's!
