Great! Very quick in responding to first inquiry, stayed in touch up to date of cleaning, absolutely on time. Performed work quickly and thoroughly and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend.

We have a lot of windows, and some very high. The 2 men were prompt, neat, friendly and got them all beautifully done in 1 1/2 hours. For a very reasonable price.

Went through Angie's List to source a gutter cleaning service and heating cable installation, and I used the multiple quote option to engage with several contractors at once. One company contacted me almost immediately, and Dixon's followed up the very next morning with a gutter cleaning estimate (site unseen). Dixon's estimate was cheaper, so I was excited but skeptical. I decided to call Dixon's to confirm the price and schedule the service. I got connected with a scheduling representative named Anthony and I asked him if the estimated price covered all labor including removing gutter covers. He said the price included everything, but when I challenged if he knew that for certain he said he would need to ask the person who created the estimate. After checking, Anthony said that the price did not actually include any removal of covers, and that the cost would need to be figured out DURING the service. So essentially the estimate was worthless, the price could go up considerably, and if I hadn't of called and challenged then I wouldn't have found out about this until the day they showed up. I told Anthony this was not the way to do business and I also sent a note to management at Dixon's. No reply back. Genuinely disappointing for a company that was rated so well, but it appears a bullet was dodged.

Fast, efficient, effective, professional! Courteous! Friendly! I could not have asked for a better experience. I'll be calling Dixon's again.

It went very well. They arrived early and worked quickly and cleanly. I used them last year and again this year and will definitely plan on using them again next year. The price was very reasonable considering the number of windows I had done and even a clerestory window.

Windows were washed quickly and for a very fair price.

Great! Crew was there for 2 hours, and showed me a picture from their cell of the finished roof. Sadly, it doesn't look like that today with all the new snow.

Team was very professional, hard working, efficient. Showed up on time and did an great job of removing snow and ice. I'd use them again and I recommend them to anyone needing this difficult work done.

Dixon's came out and cleaned my gutters. They actually came early so I never saw them and wasn't 100% sure if I had missed them or not because they didn't really leave any trace that they were there. HOWEVER, a month and a half later I had a gutter company out for an estimate to replace them, when they were looking at my existing gutters they mentioned the leaves clogging the gutters were so decomposed they were almost soil filling parts of my gutters and downspouts and that I needed them cleaned. He said there was no way they decomposed that quickly so obviously the job was not completed thoroughly. I contacted Dixon's via a message through Angie's List and never received a response about my disappointment in the performance of the job completed.

The company communicated clearly and efficiently. The workmen arrived on time, provided helpful information on what needed to be done, and completed the work quickly.

Excellent, timely service. All communication was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

Gutters were overflowing, lots of leaves on roof, all was cleaned and leaves/branches taken away.

Dixon's has been cleaning my gutters for the past few years and I am always satisfied. They are prompt, thorough and clean up the leaves afterward. I have been home a couple of times and find the young men I have met to be very professional and seem to like their jobs. That says a lot about a company.

Did a great job cleaned up deck after gutters were cleaned and proactively rescheduled our gutter cleaning when leaves were dropping later than normal so we would get the greatest benefit from the cleaning. I appreciated this.

Two workers from Dixon's showed up at our house right on time. After a brief explanation of the locations of the selected windows, they started the cleaning work promptly. The job was completed efficiently and the window glasses were cleaned beyond our expectation. Great job and will call them for the future job.

Due to weather work had to be rescheduled a couple times but they did inside one day and returned to do outside work another. Pointed out that our gutter screens were working well and told us would would not need them cleaned yearly.

I am so pleased with Dixon’s service. They washed the windows inside and out of my home. The windows are perfect. They triple checked their work and were efficient with their time. My home is a two story walk out and they were able to clean every window beautifully. Their price was great and they communicated their time of arrival and were punctual. I highly recommend them.

Very well. I was there while they washed my windows so, when there were a couple of streaks, I was able to point it out and they fixed it immediately.
