Great service! Alex and Brendan were prompt, efficient, professional and polite. They did exactly what I have come to expect of Dixon's Home Services - provide excellent service! This is the 5th or 6th time they have done my windows and I've had great service every time.

I've used Dixon's Services for a few years for gutter cleaning. They do quality work, are on time or call if they will be delayed, are professional and clean up afterword. I highly recommend them.

The crew arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. I just had to clarify that I only needed cleaning of windows and screens on my 4 season porch. They did not disturb landscaping around the porch and were very thorough in cleaning the interior slider parts as well as the windows.

From scheduling the appointment to job completion Dixon's greatest asset is their employees. When scheduling they answered all my questions and went through the process of what to expect. The crew arrived promptly when expected and immediately got to work. I was kept informed along the way and even made changes to the original job. I and my home were treated with care and respect. Now my house looks great from the clean siding to the sparkling windows.

They showed up an hour late. Other than that, they did a very good job in pressure washing. Workers are polite, professional, and tailored for our instructions. The price is reasonable.

The 2 gentlemen who cleaned the windows were professional, friendly and very thorough. Our windows have never been so clean! Thank you, They even had to work in the rain part of the time which they handled with humor and professionalism.

The crew called when they were on their way. They showed up on time, did a great job washing the windows (inside and out) and the screens and cleaned up after themselves. They were very courteous! I've used Dixons for 20 years and they never do a bad job!!

They showed up on time, got to work, no dilly dally and now windows sparkle. This is our third or fourth time using Dixon’s. We have 18 windows and 2 storm doors on a ranch style home. Cat appreciates the bay window being clean so she can look out

We've been using Dixon's for over 10 years now, hiring them at least once a year and sometimes twice to clean our windows. They are EXCELLENT. Each time they've been here, the team has done an A+ job. Today they came again to clean our windows for summer, and I think it was Austin who came. He was great----friendly, super quality-focused and FAST. Like always, they clean both the inside and outside of the windows, and clean the screens. They are perfect. It's always a treat, and the official kick-off of summer to actually be able to see through our windows after the winter grime. I highly recommend this company.

We have a lot of windows, and some very high. The 2 men were prompt, neat, friendly and got them all beautifully done in 1 1/2 hours. For a very reasonable price.

Went through Angie's List to source a gutter cleaning service and heating cable installation, and I used the multiple quote option to engage with several contractors at once. One company contacted me almost immediately, and Dixon's followed up the very next morning with a gutter cleaning estimate (site unseen). Dixon's estimate was cheaper, so I was excited but skeptical. I decided to call Dixon's to confirm the price and schedule the service. I got connected with a scheduling representative named Anthony and I asked him if the estimated price covered all labor including removing gutter covers. He said the price included everything, but when I challenged if he knew that for certain he said he would need to ask the person who created the estimate. After checking, Anthony said that the price did not actually include any removal of covers, and that the cost would need to be figured out DURING the service. So essentially the estimate was worthless, the price could go up considerably, and if I hadn't of called and challenged then I wouldn't have found out about this until the day they showed up. I told Anthony this was not the way to do business and I also sent a note to management at Dixon's. No reply back. Genuinely disappointing for a company that was rated so well, but it appears a bullet was dodged.
