I contacted Details for a one-time housecleaning. As of 9-25-2024, they had a "coupon" in the Deals section for $139 for a 4 hour cleaning. I called, spoke to someone to schedule, and they asked for number of bedrooms, looked up my square footage on Zillow, and said it would be $350-500 for a fulll house cleaning. When I explained that I only wanted the 4 hour cleaning, they said they don't fulfil that offer any longer, and cannot do an hourly estimate. I understand they need to do what's best for their business, but I am not looking for a whole house cleaning so there should be no need for asking number of bedrooms or square footage. I just want 1 person for 4 hours, or multiple people for a total of 4 hours. I'm sure they're great based on reviews, but not the right fit for me and not flexible in how they engage with customers.

I've been employing Details to clean our kitchen and bathrooms monthly for over a year and plan to continue to use them for the foreseeable future. Their crews are consistently professional in their behavior and in their cleaning practices. Customer service has responded immediately and to my satisfaction when I have a concern about scheduling.

A team of 2 or 3 cleaners come by my house every four weeks to clean our bathrooms and kitchen. They are consistently thorough, professional, and efficient. I have been very happy with this service. I also like that I'm hiring through a company and that they do all the setup and scheduling for me - and that is done very competently as well.

Because they come monthly they were able to clean without my supervision

2 workers arrived on time, introduced themselves (friendly), and discussed their work plans on our 3-level, ~3,300 sq. ft. home. They were courteous, fast, and efficient.

This is the third time I have used their cleaning services. Each time I've been very happy with the results. The cleaners are professional and thorough. In fact, I just set up a bath/kitchen clean every 4 weeks.

excellent service and reliablitly. They try to accomated requests that you have (different day, different time) can't always do it but they do try. I have had no complaints and they send a feedback email after each cleaning so you can let them know if there is something that was overlooked, or not done as well as you wanted (this happened on my first cleaning, and I gave them feedback and they have done it well since)

I’ve been looking for a good cleaning company since I moved here. My daughter-in-law referred me to this company as she uses them and highly recommended them. My son is quite meticulous and he gave them good reviews as well so I knew I was not going wrong. When I walked into my home I knew immediately that they had been here. My house was spotless. Their attention to detail is amazing. I told my neighbor about them. She hired them and is impressed with them as well. If you are looking for a quality, professional cleaning company this company fits that bill!

D&D are very responsive. Their follow up on services performed and the customer experience is great. They care and value their customers and want them to have great service.

The work was never performed as the person over the phone gave me conflicting information. First she was going to charge me $252.00 to clean a kitchen, then when I mentioned the Angi's coupon rate of $127.00 for 4 hours, she said that was incorrect, it was $136.00 for 2 people for 2 hours. Then as it appeared she did not want to do it for that rate, she said they were not available until the end of May. I would not recommend this company.

Amazing. Have been using details for over a year now. They are pandemic safe, they are very very thorough (we have 2 boys and man our house gets super dirty and they really get eeeeeverythign cleaned up), they are reasonably priced while paying their employees appropriately, they are QUICK, and they are insured so you can leave your key in a safe place so they can come clean while you are gone.

Detail Home Services are absolutely the best. I have been using them for six years and I have never had such a great cleaning service. They are perfect every time they are here. My house feels brand new when they leave. Their employees are reliable, responsible and professional. They are also very kind people. They do a great job every time.

They didn't miss much. Just a few spots here and there. I haven't given the house a "white glove test" but I am pleased. No more dust and fingerprints are noticeable., and it was dusty. They were both pleasant and did what I asked. Thank you.

Details does an excellent job. They are prompt, efficient, fast and thorough. Since they send a team the work gets done in far less time than our previous solo cleaner took.

I have a four-bedroom, four bathroom house. I have been using their housecleaning services for over a year. I am on an every four-week schedule. And, with a few exceptions I have the same two-person crew each time. Their work is excellent in all dimensions ... the quality of the cleaning, the promptness of their service, the professionalism of their staff, and the responsiveness of their administrators. I recommend them without reservation. They are worth every "penny I pay them"!!

Their service was excellent! It was much more affordable than the "big name" cleaning service I received a quote from (Close to half!) The staff were respectful, polite, and did great work! I swear they worked magic on the stovetop. It really took the extra stress and time off my plate as I moved so I could focus on getting settled in my new home!
