Great service. On time, very professional, and thorough cleaners. They brought their own cleaning supplies but were able to accomodate to my request for using my cleaning supplies and products for the areas where my children slept, ate, and played. Extremely reliable and ethical cleaning company. I was very very happy with the results. From every edge and corner to the blinds and polishing/ waxing of my floors. I was very pleased and they completed it in a acceptable timeframe. I paid a great price for the value of the service that I received. Would use them again and would definitely recommend to all who are seeking high quality, honest, thorough and professional home cleaning services.

They're consistently very good. They clean the grease off the ceiling! All the little the stuff that most cleaners miss, they get. They were better than the last service I had. It went downhill. The service person went sliding very fast. So far it's only gotten better.

They come every couple of weeks. They charge me $125. They were cheaper than the last people. The overall quality of work is excellent. It's excellent every time they come. The time it takes them to do the work depends on how many there are. It's usually two or three people; they have a crew. So, I think it's officially five and a half hours; it depends on how many people they send. Basically, they get the whole house and if I have something special I just have to ask.

Fantastic! Details was great to work with and I was so pleased with every step. They were very responsive, had a straightforward process and the results were excellent. Wish I would've found them sooner and will definitely use them again!

The people arrived on time and cleaned everything, except the windows, in the house. I had another service do the windows. The house was empty since we had sold the home, so there was easy access for the people doing the cleaning. The wood floors were cleaned, all the carpeted areas vacuumed well, all doors were wiped down, and they cleaned all the bathrooms and the kitchen very well. They cleaned the wood blinds, but do not clean vinyl blinds

She was excellent. Kept working. Not too pushy, but very helpful. Respectful of my decisions of what to keep, give away and try to sell. Took my electrical objects to proper facility and took my give-aways and sent me the receipt. Good investment.

Great I think. I never saw the end result but I never heard any complaints from the new owner. We moved out.....the house was cleaned .....and the new owner moved in. I definitely would call them again.

They got everything done as I had requested.

Excellent. Two men arrived on time and went to work. Some service people are creepy, noisy and messy. These two were quiet and unobtrusive. Lower level windows were covered with webs but the cleaners were not deterred. Even in the subsequent rain, all of my windows look great.

The crew of three did an excellent job. They arrived on time. If I asked them to do a specific task, they were very accommodating.

We have had 3 cleanings -- first week was good, second week not as good, third week was good. For $150 + $20 tip per session (1 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living space) I would have expected a little more attention to detail. The team responded well when I asked for more attention to detail (e.g. on the sinks/counters) and it looked better on most recent experience. The crew are very kind -- though PLEASE TAKE OFF YOUR STREET SHOES!!! It feels unacceptable to come into my home and wear your dirty shoes on my carpets.

Details was very responsive, called us back the same day we requested a quote. They were able to come out the following week. We were very impressed with how everything looked. They definitely exceeded our expectations. Very affordable as well. We will definitely have them out again.

After using Details happily for more than 7 years, I've seen a pretty sharp decline in their quality in recent months. After my last sub par cleaning I spoke with their scheduler/operations manager who assured me that a supervisor would be out with the cleaning team scheduled for today and they would address my issues. Today's cleaning was somewhat better than the last one, but still sub par. A short list of issues - dusting is very spotty and I can gather a large was of dust off of my book shelves. Several other notable items were also again not dusted (decorative glass bowl on the living room coffee table, wine bottles in the wine rack). These were specifically pointed out in my call after the last cleaning. For the last six weeks (three cleanings) I've intentionally left a dry poinsettia leaf in a particular corner, it's still there. Two obvious spill stains at the foot of the stairs have also been there for at least the last three cleanings. And so on. (Also, and somewhat inexplicably, when they left today they locked the front storm door. My nephew [who's staying with us] had to let himself in through the back door.) I'm not sure what happened, but I will no longer be using their services.

All employees are trustworthy, punctual and hard working. I love coming home to a clean house! Clean kitchens and bathrooms are the best part!

Not only are the cleaning personnel efficient and expert in their work, but they are also personable, care for my home as if it were their own, and add so many nice touches like beautifully displaying my towels in the bathrooms, and my throws on chairs in living areas. When they walk in the door, their friendly greeting starts the whole experience on a positive track; they ask for the specifics of what I want done, and remember everything I have told them, working efficiently to get it all done in a timely fashion. It is regular cleaning, not the deep cleaning we are looking for.

Over the last 6 months, they have had 2 breakages, and this month they screwed up their scheduling and then said they couldn't make the day up and cancelled our monthly cleaning. Fail.

We got them from Angie's List a few years ago. Most of the time they come every 4 weeks, sometimes we skip.

We just hired Details Home Service for monthly cleaning service. With three kids and working full time its hard to find time to actually deep clean your house. I literally walked in after work and started crying because it looked so good. I cant remember the last time I was able to clean my entire house on the same day, so walking in and having everything cleaned at the same time was an amazing feeling. I told my two oldest not to touch anything for 5 mins while I enjoyed it!! My 10 year old thought I was crazy, and my 3 year old wanted to know when he could pull his trains out :) but those 5 mins were amazing before the toys came out! :) My appliances looked as new as they did when we moved in they were so clean, and the bathrooms were spotless. Add that the baseboards and window sills were also cleaned, bedspreads perfect, blankets folded, -- it was amazing. I had 4 services bid and their pricing was great too. If you are in the market for cleaners, I highly recommend them!
