We hired Details to provide 2x month cleaning while I recovered from surgery. Easy to set up, responsive scheduling. Their cleaning team has been professional, efficient and friendly each time. I like that the same team comes. We continue to use their services.

For several years, my husband and I used a house cleaning team recommended by a friend. They were very friendly and honest, but we could never get the time we needed and they took frequent vacations. I searched Angie's List and found Details at the top of the list so I decided to give them a try. For some reason, I was hesitant to try a service because I was unsure about the quality of the team. My worries vanished when meeting the Details crew. These folks know how to clean a house! They are attentive, thorough, super friendly, and caring. I trust them - and that alone is huge! I give my highest recommendation to Details Residential Services.

Generally, very good. We have used a number of housecleaners over the years and Details is the best.

We had them for almost two years and as usual with home cleaning services they switched cleaners and the quality went down greatly. They started missing important areas like the floor in the kitchen and completely miss cleaning the bathroom, gross! Its frustrating how quality went down with no answers. Management had no answers on how to get the quality back up, but offered $25 off, so we said goodbye.

The Details team is amazing! We’ve been in the middle of a basement remodel which seems to send a constant layer of dust throughout the house. With two full time jobs, two young kids and two dogs, it been nearly impossible to keep the house clean. The Details team was here yesterday and I came home to an immaculately clean, and completely dust-free home!

I'm always happy on how they clean. The thing I like about them is the company sent out the same cleaners. They always do some added touches even it's not required.

We have had cleaning services for decades and this company is the worst ever. The cleaning crew typically arrives late, sit in the car and chat, continue chatting throughout their entire cleaning service. They refuse to use our in floor vacuum which is padded to prevent damage to our furniture, but instead use their portable back vacuum while banging our table legs and furniture legs. They refuse to use our cleaners that we provide to them and instead use what they please and how they please. Our wood floors are left soaking wet. They typically gloss over horizontal surfaces leaving them with residue. They don't dust the window coverings unless asked to do so. In addition, they are rude and very defensive when challenged about their cleaning methods. They do not learn and will not change. We had two crews over the last couple of years and both turned out the same. They do not know how to clean and are not professional cleaners. They also damaged a very expensive piece of sculpture that they had previously been told not to touch or clean.

The team arrived on time and brought all of their own cleaning supplies. They were very friendly, attentive to detail and worked quickly the entire time they were here. Our house looks great!

Terrible. They were tasked with cleaning a 700 sq ft space for which the floors did not require cleaning because they were just refinished. Nothing outside of the kitchen was cleaned, the shower area hadn't been touched even though I asked them to focus on that. On top of not doing an even close to acceptable job, thy charged me for 7 hrs of cleaning. I could have cleaned more than they did in 30 minutes. Upon complaint and back and forth where they required pictures because they didn't trust me, they refunded a mere $100. However, that didn't rectify the problem, because my tenants got to move into a dirty house, starting things off on the wrong foot. The initial pricing quote was pretty deceptive too. Once thtmy charged my credit card, i received an invoice with all their caveats to the service, which were mind-blowing. I couldn't steer people away from this outfit hard enough.

I recently hired Details Cleaning to do a deep cleaning on my home. The cleaners came on time and were very courteous. Initially I was satisfied with my cleaning until I started noticing damage and mishandling of items in my home. I had 2 pendant lights that were pulled and twisted so they were no longer perpendicular to the ceiling, but were about 30 degrees out of position. Next, a light switch plate had been pressed so hard, it was cracked in the middle. The worst was the metal track in my sliding glass door was bent like someone dropped something very heavy on it. I am not even sure why they opened my sliding door, but I know they did as my security piece of wood had been taken out of the track. In addition, I had to re-mop the floor under the kitchen table as the cleaner put my chairs (which had felt pads on them to protect my hard wood floor) on the floor while it was still wet. We also had to re-clean other areas in our house. Then, to add insult to injury, I got the bill. They charged 2.5 hours more than the upper end of their quote. And they did not take the $25 discount I was supposed to get off of my service. They did credit my account for the 2.5 hours and $25. But I will not ever trust their cleaners in my house ever again. I sent an email with pictures of my damaged sliding glass door. I have not heard anything back yet. I am hoping i do not find any additional damage.

The cleaning crew (Judith and Sebastian) did an awesome job! They were very thorough and did not waste a single minute. The previous residents left the house in a bad state, especially the appliances, but the crew cleaned up everything without a complaint. They worked hard continuously for about 6 hours and left me very satisfied with the job. Will definitely hire again for move out cleaning of my apartment. Just a note that the actual hours spent was greater than what was estimated, so it ended up costing more.

The first appointment went extremely well, with one minor exception. They missed the portion of the basement I had requested, but that may have been due to unclear explanation of the portion I wanted cleaned. Otherwise, I could not have been more pleased with their service. I would give them 20 stars if I could.

Excellent, high quality, professional work. They did an especially good job removing significant hard water deposits in the master bathroom.

This team was very courteous and very efficient. They did a great job with all of the cleaning tasks I set for them, including cleaning my window and sliding door tracks. I would definitely ask for them for my next cleaning.

Details has been professional, very responsive and quality with every encounter --- from the first contact via email through follow-up phone calls and finally the actual cleaning team of Cynthia and Maria. Cleaners arrived as scheduled, were pleasant and efficient. If the only "negative" I can even think of is a bit of residual soap scum on one tub drain, I am impressed. I have set up regular biweekly cleanings. Highly recommend.

First monthly cleaning good; had to remind them to clean basement as crew was leaving. 2nd appt. not good; very light cleaning-no attention to detail in bathrooms,bath tub residue left along with pink rings/scum around drains. Visible fingerprints left on windows. Called to give feedback to feedback number, no return call. Spoke to main person w feedback: very attentive and pleasant. Then 3rd/next time went great-good. 4th appt, during cleaning things again were being lightly touched-called to provide feedback; team left with stains in kitchen sink, wood blinds not dusted again. Discontinued service. Overall: communications with cleaning crew is hard due to language barrier/ must call "middleman " to provide feedback; they then retrain crew before coming out to your home again; they said someone would stop by to check up on cleaning crew-this never happened. I spent more time providing feedback to get just a typical cleaning job. It took time out of my day. I do not recommend-unless you prefer just a "touch up" cleaning service-they are great for that. Had good conversations with management but agreed to disagree about what a "standard cleaning should look like" and I disliked not being able to communicate on location with head person in charge at times. Showed up early two out of four times.

For the first few years, they did a great job. But, about eight months ago, the work started to slide and it felt as though they barely cleaned (if at all) several times. They also broke three different items in my home in a matter of months. I lodged complaints each time. Finally, I returned home one day to find that my house was left in disarray, largely unclean, and my front door was left unlocked. It was as if the crew left in the middle of the job without regard for my home. No note, no explanation. At that point, I decided to give the company another chance given my prior satisfaction, but asked for another crew. The new crew was perhaps worse than the original crew. So, after giving them another few opportunities, I had to terminate the service.
