Thanks for taking the taking the time to submit this report. We would like the members to know that when it come to "punctuality" for our recurring service we offer an AM option or PM option for your start time. The only start time that we can get really close on is the first house of the day, and that is an 8--8:20 am start time depending on diving conditions. On an average day we clean between 40--50 homes, sometimes a home requires more time and therefor the entire day gets a little off, that is why we provide customers that require a start time a "time window" for example, if you are the 2nd home on a rotation the Team should arrive between 10--11:30 am. Some times we get customers that cancel service the night before their scheduled cleaning and we have to contact all the other customers on that rotation letting them know their start time will be effected and make sure it works for them. As the owner and a customer, I wish we could pin point arrive times, however the reality is we can't. What we do really well is communicate with our customers on the font end as to what the expectations should be and if we need to make a change in our schedule due to issues that are out of our control. One the the investments we have made this year is a GPS/communication system. We now have the ability to see exactly where our Teams are throughout the day, and send them a message via a notebook. This investment will allow us to communicate with our customers in real time if we do have a timing issue with one of our 14-teams. I tell our customers we have not won this award because we are perfect, we have won this award because we know who the customer is, and when there is an issue we take care of.
