Thanks for taking the time to submit this report. Just so the members know this was a carpet cleaning not a home cleaning, we will contact Angie's List so they can update the category. On the day we were scheduled to clean the carpets at this members home our van had mechanical issues. This was a situation that we did not plan on happening and for that we are very sorry. Once we determined we could not clean the carpets we contacted this customer and let her know we were having issues with our van and would need to reschedule the carpet cleaning. We know that people have to set time aside for these types of services and since we could not deliver on the day it was scheduled we never charged this customer for the cleaning. We are very sorry we had an issue with our van, and we are very sorry we had to reschedule the carpet cleaning at your home. Once our van was repaired we completed the cleaning and never charged the customer for the inconvenience. At the end of the day we tried our best to make a bad situation better by not charging for the carpet cleaning. Thanks again for posting this report, and again we apologize for having to reschedule your carpet cleaning due to mechanical issues.

Description of Work: They were unable to clean my 4th floor condo because they lacked portable cleaning equipment -- only had truck-mounted equipment. But since I asked them about the equipment they used at the time of setting up the appointment, we avoided a wild goose chase.
