Description of Work: This was the initial visit. The cleaning was kind of added on short notice. Although they were scheduled to arrive at 10:30, they didn't arrive until 2:00 p.m. They did call to let us know. The next visit is on Wed. this week so hopefully on their regular cleaning day, they can be more timely. They did a very thorough cleaning in the two baths and the kitchen and the floors; then ran out of time.

I have been through several house cleaners/cleaning companies. NO ONE compares to Details. I hesitate to write a report because I want them to have room for my friends in the future! Any time they miss something, Mike is incredibly receptive to making sure they don't miss it the second time. I can't say enough good things about Details Cleaning.
Description of Work: Mike & his crew clean my 2540 sq. ft. house on a bi-weekly basis. The first cleaning was a real "scrub-down" of the house. (He doesn't charge extra for the first cleaning either.)

Mike is great! When I called he gave me the story of the company, what they do and their philosophy. He came to the house in advance of the cleaning in order to find out exactly what I wanted. The next day he was there with a crew of 4, each of them in a different room. They are very thorough and very open to input and requests. Mike has told me more than once that he wants to hear about anything I may not be pleased with, and he means it. And, they use environmentally friendly cleaning products--a big plus. They are also careful that my cat does not get out of the house while they are here. I'm on their regular schedule now and I plan to keep having them come back. I've never had a cleaner house!
