I was having a surprise guest and needed house cleaned next day and they were able to do it. That is worth a lot.

I called 5 home cleaning services, and Eddy at Details Residential Services was the first to return my call. Eddy was courteous and professional on the phone, and gave me the only reasonable quote of the 5 companies that I called. He told me up-front what came with the Deep Clean package, and what was separate. I scheduled Details to come a few weeks later, after we closed on our home and wanted a Deep Clean before we moved our furniture in. At the time that Eddy and I had agreed, Details showed up on time, and cleaned everything well, despite how the Sellers of our home had left it. They cleaned the refrigerator, oven, cabinets, in addition to the Deep Clean, and did a great job! We would be happy to recommend Details to anyone who needs a Deep Clean on their home at a reasonable price.

I've had them for about a year, but the quality of work has consistently worsened. The basic cleaning areas are getting worse over time. They've been covering less and less ground while cleaning, even though I make it a point to tip them almost 50%. Some of my windowsills and blinds are absolutely caked in dust. They look like they haven't covered those areas in a year. I called them to let them know that I didn't need their services anymore because I was finally fed up. I spoke with one of the owners, and he essentially passed the blame off on me because I hadn't pointed it out to the cleaners! The areas that are being neglected are areas that I shouldn't have to make mention of, because they are common things that would be cleaned with any standard cleaning service. It's pretty apparent that the level of quality has diminished significantly.

Employees show up when they are scheduled (with one exception of coming 2 hours early) and work hard while here. The cleaning is good overall. I find small details that I would have cleaned better, but these are minor. Details's estimate was higher than the company we used after first moving to the area. Thus, we planned to use Details temporarily while we found a company with a little better pricing. Given their outstanding responsiveness and professionalism (lacking with the first company), we decided to continue our service with Details.

Absolutely stellar service - the house never looked so good. The cleaning crews are cheerful, focused and great workers. I first started using them when I blew out my knee, but now that I'm mobile again I'm keeping them on because they are so great. They also offer yard service, window washing, handyman work and customized help which they call "concierge service". Can't praise them enough.

House was empty. Realtor handled house access and provided initial reviews of work done by Details. From all reports work done was excellent. Shower area had drywall tape coming down in shower area (popcorn ceiling). This was repaired so nothing showed. Rest of house had many, many holes where shelves mounted to walls were taken down in move out. Manly other holes from pictures, etc. Patched holes painted to match existing paint. Reports were that this was an excellent job. Then the cleaning crew came in to thoroughly clean the house (quite a mess after moving company moved everything out). Carpets were cleaned. House was put on market. Multiple reviews by different realtors had comments like "very clean" so it wasn't just the listing realtor who complemented the state of the house. So we as the sellers who are now out of the area in a new house have to be very pleased with the work done by Details. Mike Newcome was our primary contact and he arranged everything with thorough professionalism. He had to work with realtors to get access to the house by contacting them ahead of time. He was a pleasure to work with on the phone. Yes, I'm being very complementary, but when it's earned then praise is warranted. The only potential negative was that the repair work, though well done, seemed a little bit expensive for the amount of work.

Mike and his team have truly been amazing to me and my circumstances for needing their services! I can't say enough what a rare business owner Mike is with his sincere and very amazing approach to my situation! I would highly recommend to anyone.

Nate from Details Residential Services just left. He completely cleaned every surface in our 20 x 30 x 12 foot ceiling wood paneled library including shelves, shutters, fan blades and an intricate chandelier. Excellent job! He even had time left over to clean every light fixture and ceiling fan in the house.

Great service. Contacted me the next business day to schedule, and communicated changes/updates. We had a miscommunication on the address, but they were very understanding and went to the correct address right away and got to work. Great job!

We have been pleased with the services provided. They have yard services available in the spring, which we used last year and they will come in to clean the windows on request. Nice.

I explained my daughter and her 3 children were living in the house during my absents, she is a single mother that works more than full time, thus the house was extremely dirty. Cobwebs and dirty walls were my biggest concern, they went untouched for the most part. |I was told to leave a check for $150.00 and if there was more of a charge they would let me know, I told him my computer was out so he would have to call me. I didn't receive a call so assumed all was well. Then I ended up in the hospital for 21 days. I just got my computer fixed, low and behold I've got thousands of emails. Several from Details, but no phone # so I can speak to him... I would like to say the young lady that did the cleaning was exceedingly sweet and kind the house was really dirty but I just don't feel I got what a I hired them for. The cleaners were prompt and professional. They moved the furniture, vacuumed where needed and put the furniture back on pads. The carpets dried within a few hours. The carpets were dirty and hadn't been cleaned in many years, they look great!

They do a fine job. However, they don't tell us when they'll show up - they don't give us a definite time.

I was very pleased that on short notice they were able to come clean my house the day before Thanksgiving which was what I wanted as I was having guests the next day. I will start with all the pro's which include: very professional & my house has never been cleaner! They really did a fantastic job! There were 3 people which I wasn't expecting but got the same price as for 2 people. The cons are: the cost. This is just too expensive for me to do again. I've had other people clean my house (not as deeply) but it has cost me anywhere from $80 to $125, not $200.

Two women arrived on time. They were very professional and personable. We walked through and affirmed what we wanted cleaned. I added stove and oven, washing walls in the kitchen and vacuuming the curtains in living room and bedroom. We were surprised by cleaning areas we had not expected: refrigerator exterior, kitchen cupboards exterior. (if that was on their list I missed it and it was a delightful surprise. Details was very specific about what we needed to do to prepare for the cleaning: remove valuables, pick up toys, boxes which would get in the way of cleaning, take breakable things off the shelves, etc. in the child's bedroom they do not use any toxic cleaning solutions. Details uses mostly environmentally friendly products. About 15 minutes before they were leaving they called for us to walk through to see if they missed any details. There were a couple and they did those. Seeing the house so clean has been inspiring! For a one time cleaning I am thinking this could be done once a month perhaps! Thank you Details! BTW this was a gift from me to my daughter and husband and family. I will definitely hire them again1

Two people did the job for 5 work hours. They always got back to me right away and made the billing really easy. They had it set up so they’re very clear about what will be and won’t be done so that nobody has expectations that won’t be met. They’re certainly hard to bargain but it was worth the work. It was a good experience. I will use them again in a couple of days because I got my monthly cleaning set up.

I haven't used a housecleaning service in the past so I wasn't sure what to expect. Their customer service/communication was strong and responsive. In general I was pleased with the actual service in my home though perhaps not overly "wowed." Did the job though so I was happy enough!

The crew of 3 were very polite and got to work quickly. The only error was that although I asked to have the empty refrigerator cleaned, they failed to clean the freezer compartment. Mike Newcome responded that this was a lack of communication on my part. I believe that when you ask to have your refrigerator cleaned, it includes the small freezer compartment inside the refrigerator. This was not a big deal however, as the total job was well done and cost effective. I would use Details again.

I requested 3 persons for 3 hours. This equates to 9 hours of services. I was very clear both on the phone and to the 3 persons that arived that I wanted wall to wall vacuuming, and all the furniture tipped over and vacuumed under. Every surface was to be dusted. When I was with them they did it. I got busy cleaning blinds so I did not supervise them. I foolishly thought they would do the same thing throughout the house. Half an hour early they were cleaning up and standing by the door. I was in another room and saw crumbs by the baseboard. I picked it up and got hair and dust with it. I then asked if his room got wall to wall vacuuming. They said no. At least they were honest. I asked if the livingroom furniture got moved, again I got a no. I asked them to come back and do it. They left 15 minutes early. As they drove away I called the office. They apologized and offered 10% off my next cleaning. After the cleaners left, I found the bedrooms were not vacuumed wall to wall and many items were dusted around not lifted and dusted behind or in the corners of shelves etc. My previous service did such a great job (2 persons @ 4 hrs each) they hand washed the floors, not mopped and not only used an edge tool against the baseboards, they wiped them with a damp cloth. (Due to a job transfer by her husband, she moved out of state) I chose this company due to their rating on Angie's list. I won't use them again.

We have a large family- 6 people and two pets - and the Details team cleaned the whole house very thoroughly. They exceeded our expectations, even vacuuming the ceilings! We are looking forward to our next regular cleaning this week. The central service was very responsive on the phone, responding to messages right away and making an adjustment we requested. We would definitely recommend this service.

The 2 cleaners were thorough and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. The owner was very helpful finding a team who could do the cleaning with a short notice. I would definitely use this service again.

I needed services prior to putting my house on the market and I needed help at the last minute after another service was unable to meet the timing that I needed. They were able to come out on very short notice and did a thorough job of cleaning. I did have an issue with the kitchen floor and I let the company know of my concerns, they offered me a discount on future services, which I thought was quite reasonable. Thanks for the good service.

Details has been great! We have no complaints. I have gone through a few cleaning people and services in past that did not live up to expectations or were inconsistent. Absolutely no concerns with this company. They are very easy to communicate with, responsive, flexible, and consistent with high quality service.

I was in a hurry to get my house deep cleaned because I was about to have surgery. I had not been able to clean thoroughly and didn't want to worry about it while I was recuperating. Therefore, there was no time for an on-site visit before getting a price quote. Mike asked me many questions and gave me a ballpark on the number of hours needed (six to eight) based on my answers. He clearly explained that sales tax would be charged so I wouldn't be surprised that the total price was higher than the hourly amount that I was being quoted. I was able to schedule an appointment on short notice for a few days later. The two person crew arrived on time and went to work immediately after we went over what I wanted. The two women worked tirelessly for the next four hours. There was one area I said they didn't need to clean since I thought it was too tricky to access but I was pleasantly surprised when they came up with a way to do it without taking too much time. Since I was home, they did not leave until I had looked over the house to see if they had satisfactorily met all my cleaning needs. They did all the tasks that were promised and it was more than I had imagined could be accomplished in that amount of time. I was extremely pleased with the results.

They are honest if something happens in our house if they accidentally break something. They are very meticulous, If they don't catch it every time you can leave them a note to clean specific area outside and that's what they typically do. They are just great people.
