Fantastic. I've used a number of different cleaning services over the years and Details far exceeds everyone else I've used. Been a customer for a few years now and don't intend to switch.

I could not be more pleased with the quality of their work. Extra attention needed to remove cat hair from furniture. We will be setting up a regular bi-weekly cleaning.

We used their services for around six months. Even after that amount of time there were new employees showing up and I had to keep explaining the areas to be cleaned. They were very rough on our house: slamming wood blinds back and forth while cleaning which marked up the woodwork; tearing up the corners of our walls with the vacuum cord (most walls had been recently painted so was easy to notice); constantly dropping stuff (am assuming floor cleaning tools) instead of setting down like most people do as to not mark up the wood floors. I was home when they cleaned and could not believe the amount of noise made. They would sit in their vehicle in our driveway for awhile afterwards. Am assuming the company vehicle has gps and could tell how long they were here. The final straw was when they stopped cleaning the master bath shower. We noticed that there appeared to be more and more of the orange mildew appearing, and it did not go away after they cleaned. I brought it to the offices attention and they said the cleaners ran out of time and that they do not typically bring the harsh cleaners that were needed to clean our hard water issues. First of all, they usually cleaned the bathrooms first so not sure how they would run out of time. Also, we have a water softener as well as city water that is softened. We were assured that they would bring the correct chemicals the next time and that a quality assurance person would stop by to make sure we were happy. They did make an effort to clean better but no quality person came by. That was the end of if for us.

There work is excellent!! I switched from a smaller, independent cleaner and there was no comparison. Detailed Services was a huge improvement. Plus, they are very easy to deal with if any schedule changes are needed.

Great - scheduling and estimate were easy. They had done a great deep clean for me a few years back, and now I needed a new recurring cleaner. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job, noticeably better than my previous service in all respects. Highly recommended.

This company does a great job. The price is fair, the crews are pleasant, they are flexible, and most importantly, if you have any issue, you can easily reach somebody in the office, and they will do what it takes to make sure you are happy. They really care about customer satisfaction!

This was my first time using this service, and I was extremely pleased. I am very picky about cleaning, and have primarily been doing it myself. I have used a couple of other services in the past, but Details was the best I have used. We have a fairly large house, and they did a very thorough job, were on time, and really pleasant. I plan to use them on a regular basis.

They are fantastic. There is usually a 3 person crew which means they are in and out quickly. Probably more expensive than some, but very friendly, responsive and professional. Kitchens and bathrooms shine and smell clean.

Because of schedule changes I've had several different teams come from Details. Every time, the work has been excellent. The house is sparkling, and every little corner is always tended to. Scheduling and making changes is very easy through the Details office. The team always arrives promptly, although Details makes clear that the listed "start time" might be subject to a bit of delay due to the prior job, traffic, etc. It has been a pleasure working with Details and plan on continuing.
