bought it for the new owners for our home, mixed this company up with other poor service provider. My mistake

Terrific. I was able to schedule the day I needed before a big party. The crew of 3 people came and did a quick and thorough cleaning. In the walk through to see how things looked I only spotted a couple of very small details I wanted them to go over. I would highly recommend the company.

Everything went well! The window screens had never been cleaned and they are fabulous now. The windows sparkle. And the deep clean was great for getting into all the nooks and crannies that needed attention. They timed the deep cleaning well with the carpet cleaning. However, the carpet cleaner had to come back on another day as his vehicle was having some issues. But he came back two days later and finished the job. The carpets have never looked so good.

I was thrilled with the cleaning. It was so nice to come home to a clean house after work. Loved the little touches of folding the toilet paper nicely and arranging the pillows, etc. Eddy the operations manager was wonderful to work with and was very patient in scheduling the cleaning when it would fit our schedules. He assured me they want feedback on the cleaning if I have any issues. Love the idea that they also provide window cleaning, carpet cleaning, snow removal, gutter cleaning, and lawn mowing as we will eventually need all those services as we age.

Did a very nice job. Confirmed the appointment in advance, since we had already moved arranged to meet him and let him in. Landlord let him lock up after it was done.

These guys are great to work with. Always respond via email ASAP. Cleaning and mowing always done to a T on the date and time scheduled. Real professionals. Highly recommend.

The carpet cleaner was professional, punctual, and careful to protect all the corners of the house from his equipment. He did a great job!

We are very happy with their cleaning services. We recently moved and had to find a new cleaning service. We were fortunate to find Details Residential Services. They're deep cleaning service, carpet cleaning and now bi-monthly cleaning services are top notch. I have had many cleaning services/people and they are right up there with the best. The employees are very friendly, professional and genuinely care about the work they do. Very pleased!

Overall, I thought I got a great value for the amount of carpet they cleaned. They did a good for all the carpet that we had.

It started out well. They were quick to respond and accommodated my desired date (it was 3 weeks out at the time though), and 2 days before I heard my renters had gotten delayed so I called to reschedule. They did a good job finding me a date close to what I wanted. I wasn't there but left them instructions on getting in. I checked on it the next day and was surprised to find that while mostly good, there were several missed spots. There was a dollar coin sized spot on the counter where some liquid type thing had dried up. I have black granite countertops, so I was a little bit shocked to see that because it was fairly visible. They did a wonderful job on the inside of the fridge, but did a horrendous job on the inside of the oven. The door still had stuff all over the inside (easy off should and did take this right off). Also whatever they used to scrub the inside of the oven completely took the shiny coat off of the inside. It had to be something abrasive and incorrect for an oven. I'm extremely disappointed and now will be forced to replace that range in the next year (it was only 3 years old and had a lot of life left). I had also asked them to vacuum and wet wipe the inside of all the drawers/cabinets and completely wipe the front of all the cabs/drawers. They clearly didn't completely wipe the fronts or used an inappropriate cleaner as there were still spots. Several of the insides had also not been cleaned. I had previously had every shelf/drawer/cab covered in contact paper, which I gave them permission to rip out, and it looks like all they did was rip it out. All in all very disappointing, and very expensive. Well, considering that their cleaning fee now includes the cost of a new range.

The two young ladies did an excellent job and were in and out within the specified paramaters as was discussed in my initial contact with this company. My house is spotless and I would not hesitate to recomment this company to anyone.

Mike, Eddy, and all of the crew at Details have been wonderful to work with. Based on reviews on Angie's List, I originally hired Details to do a deep clean of our home before we moved in. The house was spotless when we arrived. After that, I had the Details crew complete bi-weekly and then monthly cleanings of our house. Both Mike and Eddy have been very responsive to any requests that I've had (e.g., rescheduling a cleaning, arranging for the team to call when they were on their way to the house, etc.). Though the crews rotate, all of them have done a nice job and were great with my two (large) dogs who often tried to lounge on the furniture when they were trying to clean! Their rates are reasonable and in-line with other cleaning services in the area. After a friend of mine had a bad experience with another company's "move in clean" of her home, I was so happy that we've stuck with Details. Unfortunately, a change in employment circumstances has prompted me to suspend cleaning right now but I absolutely plan to restart service should my job status improve in the near future. I figured that the least I could do was provide a good review in exchange for their great service.

My carpets didn't seem to be as clean as with other cleaning processes. It wasn't bad, I just expected more.

I thought it went really well. The carpet cleaner was very professional and arrived on time. I thought that he did a great job through out the house.

All of the employees were friendly, professional and very accommodating about last minute changes I made. The house cleaners arrived on time; followed up by the carpet cleaner who called before coming which was helpful. I really liked that they worked within my budget. I'd definitely use them again.

Scheduling was a breeze. I was able to get the date and time close to my upcoming event, but also soon enough that I can enjoy a clean house right now! All of my questions were answered over the phone, and my credit card number was taken down for use in charging the costs once the work was done. Three very nice ladies wearing Details logo t-shirts arrived promptly on time with all cleaning supplies and tools . They changed into "indoor" shoes before getting started. They also arrived in a company vehicle, which says much for the company: trusting their employees to use a branded vehicle and caring enough to provide them with safe transportation. When they came in I walked through the house with them to point out things to note. The entire job took right around 2 hours with 3 people cleaning together for a total of 6 person hours. I felt like this was a good value for the amount of work to do. I considered my house quite dirty before they arrived. Because of some health issues for 2 months recently, I was not able to clean to my own level of satisfaction. There was alot of dust, floors needed attention, my teenager's room was a disaster. We prepared the house by picking it up so that cleaning the surfaces and floors would be easier on the team, but I didn't "pre-clean" by any means. There were cobwebs, dust bunnies and all manner of day to day detritus. Everything was done beautifully. The ladies were very kind, very respectful of my home and worked with care. They even hand cleaned my wooden blinds, cleaned the grunge off my electric toothbrush charger, and wiped down the patio table on my deck. The kitchen is spotless, the floors (carpet, hardwoods and laminate) feel so nice under my bare feet, and my son won't recognize his room. They easily removed a pound of dust and dirt from his room alone. I'm very happy and would hire them again for spring cleaning next year! I would be happy to recommend Details to my friends and family. I have also hired a crew of Detail's windowcleaners who will be coming in a few weeks. Thanks!

Love my crew. Their times my vary a bit. Very friendly, considerate of pets safety. Will have our comfort in mind if we are home when they come. Accidentally broke a bottle of perfume and promptly arranged payment for damages. I have Thursdays off and my crew comes on Wednesdays, I love having my day off to do what I want and not filled with cleaning. I leave them notes if I notices something not done or want to have more attention in a certain area. They are always on point.

These folks are great. Professional and focused, polite and careful. We have 100 years of different style windows in our house. They all have their quirks and some have broken sash cords while some are brand new tilt-outs. No matter what the style, these guys competently disassembled the windows, washed all pieces inside and out, and put them together again. Two workers, the whole job was done in a couple of hours. Amazing! Four thumbs up!

The deep cleaning was fabulous. I can't remember if I set the cleaning up by phone or by email, but I do remember that the cleaning was scheduled within minutes of me expressing interest. I have called other services before and have never moved forward because they are so slow to respond or we end up playing phone tag and I become frustrated. Here, Eddy was quick to get something scheduled right away. We also have a difficult situation because my husband works nights and often sleeps during the day. Eddy offered to come out and look at the house to give me an estimate on regular cleanings and get a sense of the layout. He was able to come on short notice around my tight schedule. I didn't obtain quotes from anyone else, so I can't be certain that the price is competitive, I can say that clean house was worth every penny to us. I think we were most impressed by how they cleaned our master bathroom. We have some mold/mildew problems with the shower and they were able to get the grout cleaner than it has ever been. It feels funny to even use the shower now... like it isn't my house. My husband, who was sceptical about having someone in the house, is just as thrilled as I am. He thinks it looks like they painted all of the base boards. He didn't know they could look so clean. The team of 2 were very professional and nice. Shortly after they walked out the door, i realized my oven wasn't working. I caught them before they left and asked if they had moved the oven. They said they hadn't, but came in to help me with it anyway. They fixed it for me in about 2 minutes. When I mentioned this to my husband, he said he moved the oven a few days earlier and must have screwed up the latch. We may have have ended up buying a new oven -- I certainly wouldn't have been able to figure it out on my own. I'm so glad they happened to be there.

The deal was $169 and I asked them to do upholstery cleaning for additional $99. I would recommend them.
